Jungkook

It was 4 in the afternoon and the boys have been practicing for hours yet they couldn't get one single perfect practice as their youngest was out of focus.

"Jungkookie, is there something wrong?" Their leader asked as soon as he gave the team a break, wanting to talk to their troubled maknae.

"I'm sorry hyung, I'll do better." The younger said with his head low. He didn't want to be a burden to his hyungs which is why even if he started at a very young age, he focused a lot and practiced so hard, not wanting to be something that will hold their group back. He looked up to his hyungs a lot that he wanted to help out and be as good as them one day but today...

Today was just not his day.

"Alright, huddle up." Namjoon said and the members went to the center and formed a circle, waiting for whatever their leader was going to announce. "We leave in a month for our TRB in USA. While we're still here, we have one week free before we take 2 weeks of schedules with a few shows then one week practice. Heal up and rest for that one week but when it's practice week, I need everyone's full cooperation." Namjoon said, discreetly looking at the youngest who nodded soullessly as he sighed.

All of the older members are worrying over their maknae, talking to him as they head to their dorm, wanting to find out what was wrong but one knew everything, even more than what Jungkook knows.

"Hey Jimin, you coming or not?" Taehyung asked as he got his bag and waited for the lad who was left in the room where as the others already went ahead.

"I'm coming," he answered, taking his sweaty face towel and made his way to the door with Taehyung.

Jimin's mind was battling whether Jungkook should know or not, but he figured out that he wasn't involved in their relationship and that they should solve things on their own. She has her reasons, but something tells him that she did something that was not on the plan.

"Why don't you try talking to Jungkook? You know he opens up to you." Taehyung said to Jimin before entering their dorm, giving him a small smile. He knows his best friend inside and out. Taehyung knows about Jimin being knowledgable of what was happening to their maknae.

"He opens up to you too you know. He's the closest to you." Jimin retorted but Taehyung shook his head.

"You know something," Taehyung whispered and Jimin was speechless. He couldn't utter anything and just opened the door to their dorm with a heavy heart.

The two boys got in and found their members in their living room all huddled up without Jungkook.

"Where is he?" Jimin asked and Jin sighed, pointing at Jungkook's room.

"He wouldn't talk." Yoongi sighed and the rest fell silent, not knowing what to do. Taehyung discreetly gave a nudge to Jimin and he sighed.

"I'll try to talk to him." Jimin decided, walking over to their maknae's door as he knocked carefully. "Jungkook? Can I come in?" He asked softly and there was no response. He looked over to his members with a sad sigh when suddenly they heard the door lock click, granting passage for Jimin.

Taehyung gave Jimin a nod before he went in and closed the door behind him, only to see Jungkook's room a mess. It was unkept, everything not organized. He knows Jungkook wasn't much of a clean guy but this mess was more than usual.

"Jungkook, what happened?" he asked softly as he approached the younger one, sitting beside him on his bed.

"I just don't get it hyung. Did I do something wrong?" Jungkook's voice broke as he had his face buried in his hands. Jimin didn't know what to do as he placed his hands on his back, wanting him to continue. "It started two weeks ago when she started feeling so distant, it was like I couldn't reach her. She was so cold and I thought it was just me, I mean she might be doing something so I tried to understand since it's what I do to her to you know? I'm always preoccupied with my career and she's always been understanding so I tried to do the same but... I feel like she's doing things on purpose to make me mad and when I got so fed up with it, she just said that we should break up."
