Jungkook - Please Remember ... (Part 2)

~Part 2~

"Hey~" he greeted as he sat beside Minji on her bed with his signature bunny smile.

"Uhm, do I know you?" Minji asked politely, trying to sound as less rude as she can be. "D.do you perhaps.. Know me?" she again asked as she titled her head in pure curiosity and innocence.

"Yah, don't joke around like that Minji... That's not a good joke..." Jungkook muttered but Minji just looked at him with pure confusion in her eyes.

"I'm sorry.. But I really can't remember anything..."

I really can't remember anything.

Jungkook was speechless. Her words rang through his ears. No. He doesn't want this to happen. He can't let this happen.

"Minji ah, it's me. Jungkook... Jeon Jungkook. Doesn't it sound familiar?" He asked desperately, tears stinging his eyes as Minji shook her head, biting her lower lip.

He took out his phone as he scrolled through the pictures they just took a few days ago. He showed her pictures of the both of them... Pictures of her... May it be taken just this few weeks or even way before she had tumor in her brain.

"I'm sorry..." She shook her head as she apologetically looked at the man infront of him, losing the color of his lips as he was left broken and speechless.

No. You can't give up Jeon Jeongguk. He thought to himself.

"Wait for me. I'll be back."

Jungkook ran through the halls and asked for Dr Kim. He consulted about what happened awhile ago as Dr Kim explained it to him that it was because of the tumor that caused the loss of memory. His knees were threatening to give up, but he fought it.

Without another word, he ran back to their dorm, scrambling to his room as he took all the pictures he printed. He ran to Jimin's room and asked if he had a plain scrapbook or something since Jimin usually collects those. Jimin felt the urgency in his dongsaeng's voice which made him look for one in a hurry and quickly giving it to the younger one who just thanked him abruptly before running back to his room.

He took some glue and gathered the pictures together. He placed it in order, and even wrote a little caption at the sides or below the pictures.

'This was when I first bought the camera and got a picture of you after surprising you.'

'This was when we had our first date in Lotte World. Remember you were late??'

'This was when you had your little cousin over and we played house. You're the mom, I'm the dad and she's the daughter.'

'This was after I auditioned and we had a lunch out. It was your treat that time ~ it was a good meal!'

He wrote and glued the pictures altogether, also leaving words that he wants her to remember.

'This is me, loving you with all my heart. Accept my chocolates Jagiya. Jebaaal~'

'It's tiring at work but here I am, thinking of you.'

'You may mean one person to the world, but to me, you mean the world.'

'Those eyes I can get lost in everytime, where are you looking at Jagi?'

Jungkook continued to paste and glue each pictures in the scrapbook as tears fell freely from his eyes. He reminisced all those times he took these pictures. The one where she was carrying her little cousin in her arms. The picture of the meal infront of him with her smiling at the background, holding up her chopsticks. The picture where he was holding out a bouquet of Ferrero Rochers; Minji's favorite chocolate. His picture from practice with his sweaty self but he held up his phone with Minji as the lock screen picture. Her picture from afar as she was waiting for him by the park on the swing. A stolen picture of her looking else where as she thought of something no one knows...
