Chapter 39 - Let him be

"I hope Tsunade-sama won’t send him to Hozuki Castle. There’s no escape…" Hinata swallowed. She heard about that place and she knows how horrible it is. Naruto wouldn’t have a chance to escape.

They were getting closer to Konoha. When they crossed the barrier, it registered Naruto’s chakra. Suddenly appeared ANBU around him. Naruto swallowed.

Not because of ANBU. He was able to take all of them down in few seconds. It’s because he’s feared criminal now. Then came Tsunade.

"Sakura, I'm glad you are okay… And Hinata! It’s good to see you!" Neji mysteriously heard it.

"Hinata-sama?! You aren’t dead!" Then he frowned at Naruto. Naruto was a little confused.

"Whose are the kids?"

"Mine…" said Naruto. Tsunade had her mouth wide open.

"Not like that! I'm just their guardian!" Her expression didn’t change.

"Weren‘t these kids victims of Kakuzu?" asked Tsunade.

"That’s right," said Naruto.

"Anyway, Naruto, what are you doing here?"

"I-I wanted to find home for them." Naruto pointed at them.

"Should we take him to Hozuki Castle?" asked Yamato.

"Wait a minute," said Tsunade.

"Naruto, you know what you did and you still came back. That’s very rude of you!"

"I’m not here because I want! And I’m not planning to kill anyone! I promised…" Hinata looked at him. He still remembered the promise.

"That doesn’t excuse your actions! ANBU, now!" Yamato caught him with his Mokuton and they gave him handcuffs draining chakra. Naruto was tired out of sudden.

"Uhh-!" Hinata watched it in fear.

"Tsunade-sama! You can’t do this!" yelled Sakura.

"Sakura, if I didn’t do it, I would be bad Hokage!"

"But…"

"No buts! It’s necessary thing to do!" Hinata tried to take of the handcuffs. Even Gentle Fist wasn’t enough. Two Lion Fist too. Then she burst into tears.

"Don’t do it!"

"That’s okay, Hinata, I won’t leave you…" Naruto was completely drained and fell asleep.

"Naruto!" yelled Sakura.

"Now's our chance! Send him to Hozuki Castle!"

"Wait, he’s our Jinchuuriki!"

"It doesn’t change anything, Sakura! I can’t make exceptions just because he’s our Jinchuuriky!"

"That’s not fair! He’s keeping us safe all this time when he’s keeping that monster inside him!" yelled Sakura.

"Bitch," thought Kurama.

"He killed Jiraiya and Hokage, Sakura. I can’t forgive him this!"

"Heh, then send me there too!" Sakura aimed her kunai at one ANBU. Hinata did the same.

"Don’t be stupid, Hinata-sama! He’s not worthy!"

"For me he is!" said Hinata.

"Stop!" yelled Tsunade and Yamato tied them up with his Mokuton.

"For this you are dismissed from mission! Sakura, Hinata, I'm really disappointed with you!"

"And why? We just wanted to save our friend!"

"That would be all right if that friend wasn’t Naruto!"

"Tss!" Sakura was very angry with Tsunade. Meanwhile ANBU took Naruto.

"NOOO!!" Hinata yelled. But it was for nothing. Riko and Kiyo wanted to go after them, but Yamato caught them too.

"Noo, Naruto-niichan!!!"

"Naruto-niichan is back?!" thought Konohamaru who was around. He saw him.

"What are you doing to him?!"

That’s none of your business, Konohamaru! Ebisu, why isn’t he with you?!" yelled Tsunade.

"I’m sorry, Tsunade-sama, when he heard about that fox demon, he had to see him."

"Then take him away!"

"Of course, Tsunade-sama!" Ebisu took him.

"Naruto-nii-chan!!!!" yelled helplessly Konohamaru.

Meanwhile with Sasuke

"You are perfectly prepared, Sasuke-kun," said Sasuke’s master Kaiju.

"Keep it, Kaiju. But I’m grateful for that Sage mode, Naruto doesn’t have a chance!"

"Don’t understaminate your opponents, Sasuke-kun, I thought I taught you this!"
