Sunni's point of view-

"Yah! how dare you touch me, you pervert!" I exclaimed, flustered. I mean, how dare he?

"I'm not a pervert," L.joe glared at Me. "And I thought you were Soojung."

"Speaking of Soojung," I frowned and looked over my shoulder. "Where is she?"

"What do you mean? she's not with you?" L.joe asked. I shrugged.

"Of course she's here! it's her house. dumbo," I stuck my tongue out. L.Joe rolled his eyes and shoved past me.

"Watch who you're pushing!" I shouted. He turned around and flashed me a warm smile. why... he turned back around and headed toward the kitchen, looking for Soojung. I gulped. what was that smile about? and... why am I feeling nervous? He just did that to mess with you, Sunni. get yourself together.

I headed toward Soojung's room and what I saw was a sleeping Soojung and L.joe beside her. he was caressing her face. Why do I feel envious?

I should take a picture. I could take it and send it to Changjo. just like I sent the picture of Soojung and L.joe kissing. Changjo didn't believe me but L.Joe, like an idiot he is, confessed and made it clear. Perfect timing.

Changjo doesn't deserve being cheated on. Soojung doesn't deserve him.

"Sunni? what are you doing?" L.joe looked at me, who was standing at the door.

"Errr... nothing. um hey, Soojung's birthday is next week. you wanna celebrate it?"

"Of course. I already know what to do. lets go into the living room, she's sleeping," L.joe whispered. I nodded and went into the dining room instead of the living room. I'm such a rebel.

"What should we do?" I sat down and L.joe sat across from me.

"I think... well... I asked Changjo to book a flight and come here," He said and looked down. my mouth dropped open.

"What? but... you told him about Soojung and you and-"

"He still loves Soojung. He said that even if Soojung's heart changes, his will never change," he told me.

"But! He said... He'll come and wish her a happy birthday and then leave again," L.joe said.

I nodded slowly.

"So... He thinks Soojung likes you?" I asked. He nodded and smiled.

"He totally believes it." His smile turned into a smirk.

"Nice," I offered him a highfive and he looked at me weirdly as he slowly high fived me.

1 Week Later

Soojung's point of view -

L.joe and Sunni have been acting strange. Are they planning a surprise birthday party? I mean today is my birthday.

I sighed again for the hundredth time that morning. Changjo hadn't contacted me in a month. I had left him hundreds of text messages and voicemails, but none answered.

"Soojungie!" Sunni smiled. "Ready to go out?"

"Hey. It's a Sunday, why not?" I forced a laugh.

"Great!" she beamed.

We hanged out as best friends, went shopping and soon called L.joe for some coffee at a cafe. Once he came, we continued to joke around and spend the day nicely. We went for pizza and milkshakes. It was fun and I felt full for eating a lot. Even still, I had an empty feeling and a gloomy mood. I forced a smile and tried to make it unnoticeable. And just like that, I spent my day.

"I love you two. You guys are the best!" I exclamied as we made our way back home. I was becoming emotional.

"We love you too!" Sunni chirped.

"Especially me," L.joe instantly blushed after saying those words. I giggled. Sunni bid goodbye and left to her house, leaving only L.joe and I. My arms were getting tired from carrying my shopping bags all day, so all I wanted at that moment was to rest.

"Happy birthday," L.joe pulled me to his chest and wrapped his arms around me. I flushed red.

"Yah!" I tried to wiggle myself out of his grip, but I failed and he didn't budge. After what seemed like minutes, L.joe broke the hug and smiled. He stared at me with loving eyes before sighing.

"Goodnight," He said and looked away. Then he made his way into his house.

"L.joe!" I called to him before he entered his house. He turned to look at me with a small smile.

"Thanks!" I sent him a wide smile. L.joe was really a nice guy. Should I give him a chance? Changjo hasn't been good to me and I feel like he has forgotten about me. My mood suddenly went down as those thoughts scattered through my mind.

With a pout, I headed inside my house too.

I sighed as I walked in, head hanged and shoulders slumped.

"I miss you so much Changjo," I whispered to myself as tears escaped my eyes.

"I miss you too."

My head shot up and as soon as I did, I saw a tall black haired familiar male standing in front of me. How. Shocked, froze and stared at him for a few minutes, not knowing what to do ; wanting to hit him and slap him for not contacting me. For ignoring my texts and calls. For making me so pathetic and love struck for him. But instead I dropped my bags and ran over to him, jumping up as I wrapped my legs and arms around him like a monkey, engulfing him into a tight hug. With tears clouding my vision, I looked at him. It was really him. I was actually hugging him.

Changjo.
