(Scarlet's PoV)

Its been a month since me and Jonas in a good terms. He took me out for a date every day, he always buys Sarah toys and i always argue with him cause she has a lot of toys she doesn't need any but he kept ignoring me.

Today i have a full schedule at work so i woke up early taking shower dressed up for work then preparing breakfast for me and Sarah. I took out my agenda to write notes to discuss in today's meeting. After i woke up Sarah and dressed her up my phone rang unstoppably i looked at the id caller it was Adam.

He was soo calm the past month which was so weird and the more weirder to me that after the day i spent with Jonas and Sarah at the park i saw him in office he had his face bruised when i asked he told me just a fight. The same day i saw Ethan his knuckles is bruised which made me more confused and when i asked him he said that he accidentally punched the wall out of anger. I shook the thought that both of them had fought but whenever they saw each other they ignore one another which made it soo clear that both of them got into a fight.

I answered Adam's call.

"Hello scarlet is speaking." He kept silent for a few seconds then cleared his throat before speaking.
"When you arrive, come over straight to my office." He didn't wait for my answer he closed the line.

"The Mr.arrogant is back." I mumbled with a huff which made Sarah look at me with confusion.
"Mummy, who is Mr. Aggont?" She asked
"It's Arrogant baby. He is Adam" I corrected her.
"Oh ! I love Adam, i want to see him." She said excitedly.
"Sorry baby not today you have to go to the nursery and i have to go to work." I said with baby voice.
"I don't want to go to the nussy i want to go with you to wook. Plezz!" She pouted giving me a puppy eyes.

"It's nursery and work baby try to say them."
"Nur-se-rry"
"Good job princess" i gave her a high five. "So try saying work"
"Woo-rrk"
"Yeyy that's my girl." I hugged her she didn't hesitate to wrap her short arms around my neck and burry her face on my neck.
"So mummy can i please come with you to woorrk?" She asked still her face on my neck.

"Princess today is a very busy day so it will be difficult to take you with me how about tomorrow?" I broke out of the hug holding her shoulders to look at her face. She looked at the floor pouting i hold her chin to look at me.

"I promise princess." I titled my head looking at her in the eye. She smiled nodding her had and hugged me so hard.
"I love you mummy."
" i love you to baby."
I went to work after i have driven to the nursery. I went straight to Adams office i knocked the door but no one answered and knocked again but still no answer so i decided to enter i found some girl sitting on his lap wrapping her arms around his neck and he looked at the empty space. The girl seemed familiar to me but when Adam realised i am in he pushed her and cleared his throat.

"Come over here Scarlet." He said with deep voice not looking at me.
"Why the hell did you pushed me? What's wrong with you Adam you have been so mean lately is it because of this bitch?" She pointed at me. I looked around i found no one except me in the room so she is pointing at me.
