Chapter 19

Scarlets POV:

I turn around to face him and I know that it will be Adam. He was so close to me that our noses almost touch. I breathed slowly closing my eyes for a minute from the surprise then opening it and took a few steps backwards.

He shoved his hands in his pockets lifting his weight on his right leg checking me up and I did the same. He looked so good in his midnight blue tuxedo.

"Why are you checking me out? Do I look that sexy that you cant resist me?" he says raising an eyebrow at me.

"Im copying you. Do I look that irresistible that you cant look away from me?" I say looking at his eyes, walking to him and laying my hand on his chest in a seductive way teasing him.

He looked at my eyes in a hungry way that made regret teasing him. Then when a slow dance music started he put his hand around my waist pulling me to him.

"May I have a dance?" he asked with a husky tone in my ear. I gave him a nod. I placed my on hand on his shoulder and the other in his hand then we started to dance.

He looked at me then suddenly he twirled me I grabbed his hand backing away from him then he pulled me around his arm I lean with my back to the back. He pulled me back to him then twirl me again pulling me by my waist tight to his chest that I cant back away. He leaned to my ears while dancing.

"You look so sexy Scar." He says with a sexy tone which made me feel hot from the tension.

"Thank you. You look good too." Pushing his chest to give me a little space looking at his eyes blushing.

"Just good?" he asks in a childish way making me roll my eyes at him.

The rest of the dance we danced in silence. After that started to get in some conversations with some business men and women. Adams parents started to walk towards us with Alexs parents.

"Hey daughter I didnt think that you will come." Alex's father hugged me giving me a forehead kiss. Then Alex mother kissed me. "My beautiful girl.How are you doing and how is Sarah doing? "

"Fine thank god."

"How you are doing scarlet?"Adams father asked me.

"Fine, thank you Mr. Valentino." I said politely.

"Didn't we agree to call me by name." he gave me a hug.

"Yeah and how you are doing Youssef?"

"Good sweetie. I hope that idiot isnt giving you a hard time." He says glaring at Adam.

"Well he has been good to me recently." I chuckled.

"Oh this is my wife Rose." He said to me then looked back at his wife. "Rose meet Scarlet Ethans brother and Adams P.A." how did he knew that I am Ethan sister? Maybe because he is Adams best friend for years

"Nice to meet you Mrs. Valentino. I'm a big fan of yours." I said very excited.

"OH honey just call me Rose. Its so nice to meet such lovely and beautiful girl like you." She said with a warming smile on her face hugging me. This women is so pure and lovely she reminds me of my mom.

We started to talk a little then the girls came to me so we could spend the rest of the ball with each other.

"Hey girl I saw how my brother is looking at you he couldnt take off his eyes." Nelly said with a teasing tone.

"Thats not true you are imagining." I laughed at her silliness.

"I bet that you are the one who became blind." Said Alex.

"I bet that too." Said an unfamiliar manly voice behind us. We all turned around at the voice there was a tall hazel nut eyes, black haired, long round nose with a sharp jaw line and a little tanned.

"Scar, I would like to introduce to Aron and his wife jasmine." Said Nelly.

"Hi, its nice to meet you." I pulled my hand for them to shake with smile but instead jasmine pulled me to a hug I was surprised but then I hugged her back.

"So you're the girl who has been keeping his mind busy." Aron said.

"Guys thats not true. He has a girlfriend already, I saw her picture on his laptop they were hugging each other." I said.

"Girl! Do you feel jealous already?" jasmine teased me.

"Its not like that I swear he isnt my type." I rolled my eyes.

"That greedy bitch isnt his girlfriend anymore. Nelly said with an angry tone." Alex glared at her I dont know why which made it weird.

I excused myself to go to the bathroom and while I was on my way someone pulled me by my arm and entered a dark room I started to hit and punch but he didn't flinch.
