Chapter 7

Lee Jihoon
[Third Person's POV]

"Jihoon! Look!" The girl in blue shirt called the guy next to him while pointing at the fliers that are plastered in the bulletin board. "Where?? What's that?" The guy asked her. "The company you've been waiting to open up for audition! They're gonna held one this year!" The girl exclaimed, the guy seemed shocked but after a few seconds he snapped out of it. "I-is this even real??" He asked himself "Yah!! It is!! It's much more than reality!!" The girl again beemed. "Y/N!!! I can't believe this!!" He said and hugged his girl. "Your achieving your dream slowly." She said and hugged him too. "It's not just my dreams Y/N, it is our dream." He said and looked directly at her eyes, she smiled and hugged him more. "I love you so much Y/N, it's the beginning of our dreams." He said still hugging her and smiled. They took the flier and went home, he read every details and made sure he won't leave a single word on the paper. The next day, he went off his hometown and went to the capital which is Seoul. He was surprised to see a lot of teenagers who's joining the audition.

"Hey your also joining the audition?" A tall guy asked him. "Yeah I will" Jihoon replied. "Nice!! I hope we'll make it! BTW I'm Kim Mingyu." The tall guy said and reached out his hands for Jihoon to reach. "Nice meeting you, I'm Lee Jihoon. I really hope we will." He replied they've been talking for a couple of minutes now before the owner of the company came in the room. "Good morning, I'm the owner of this company who conducted this audition. To tell y'all frankly our company's not that rich and popular so those persons who's expecting too much I'm giving you all the permission to leave." The owner said and almost 50 people left the room but Jihoon and Mingyu stand still. "Ok now, to those who stayed thank you so much for trusting our company and me for handling you. We all will try our best for all of you. But we also need your help. And with no farther adu let's start the audition. Please line up." Everyone got excited in the announcement but for Jihoon he's the most excited one. He's standing behind Mingyu and if you'll ask him? He's really pissed off him because of his height. "Kim Mingyu?" The secretary of the owner called. "Good luck dude! I know you can do it!" Jihoon cheered him up and smiled a bit. "I will!!" He said trying to be cheerful even though he's a bit shaky. When Mingyu left Jihoon tried to calm himself down because he knew he'll be the next one. After 30 minutes Mingyu went out of the room and went on Jihoon's side "What did they said?" He asked "They say they'll call me." He said still shaking. "Nice dude." "Lee Jihoon?" The announcer called him. "That's you, you can do it dude! I know you can!" He said and lightly pushed Jihoon, he just laughed. When he entered the room he saw the owner, manager, and the secretary. He got nervous. "What's your name?" The manager asked. "Annyeonghaseyeo I'm Lee Jihoon." He introduced himself "So why do you want to audition in our company?" The owner asked. "I auditioned here because ever since you opened your company I know you'll be suitable for me. I've been waiting for you to open up an audition since I'm 17. Since you Mister said the company's not that rich. If I have the opportunity to join or be one of your trainies I will try hard to be an idol and help the company and also me." He ended it with a smile everyone in the room nodded. "So what do you think is your talent?" The manager asked. "I can write songs and sing." Jihoon said confidently. "Can you show us some of your singing skills?" The manager again asked. He closed his eyes for a bit and inhaled deep he thinks of his girlfriend Y/N on how she loves his voice whether he sings or not. He opened his eyes with a smile and started singing. "You have a wonderful voice Mr. Lee. We'll inform you immediately when you passed the audition." The owner said he nods his head and went out.

3 months has passed by but no one called him from the company or even texted him. "I'm slowly loosing hope Y/N." He said hugging his girl. "Heyyy, don't ok?! Maybe they're just too busy to contact you. Don't loose hope ok? No matter what happens, whether you'll make it or not I'll be right here ok? Always remember that." She said and hugged him back. Jihoon smiled and lightly nod his head. Suddenly his phone beeped he wasn't surprised because he thought it's just Mingyu who keeps on texting him to cheer up. He opened his phone but only saw a text message from an unknown number. "Who's that?" Y/N asked "I don't know" "Open it now." She excitedly said. "This is Pledis entertainment, I want to inform you that you passed the audition. Please go to our company tomorrow at 9:30 and congratulations." He read it out loud. Y/N shouted excitedly "I told you you can make it!!!!!" She again shouted and shaked Jihoon so hard that he almost fell on the ground. Jihoon laughed and hugged Y/N "I'm so happy Y/N!! I can't believe I can made it!!!" He also excitedly beemed. "I'll support you no matter what Jihoon, I'm always right on your back. I'll be your number one fan." Y/N said and hugged him, they had a peaceful night. The next day they both woke up early and went on the bus stop "Wait for me ok? I'll be back after a week. I'm gonna miss you, always take care of yourself ok? I'll call you always when we're not busy. I love you so much." Jihoon said non stop Y/N laughed at him, he's just gonna left for a week but he says too much. "Ok ok I will don't worry about me. Worry about yourself, don't over pressure yourself ok? Do great! I know you can do it." Y/N said and hugged him after they hugged the bus came in. "I will, I promise. I'll work hard for the both of us. I'll get going, go home safe I love you so much Y/N." He said and kissed her at her forehead. "I love you too Jihoon. I'll miss you." She said and bid him a good bye.
