[ Nine Hours Earlier ]
"I can't believe it's already 12 o'clock," I blurted out since the conversation had been getting to the awkward stage--the life of having an ex as a friend.
"I know, it doesn't seem right..." he murmured.
"Well the football game was fun!" My friend Becky popped up beside me. She looked over at Jason and let out an odd growl. I nudged her in the arm and she looked over at me confused, then slammed on a happy face.
"Hey Jason, it's so nice to see you since you played on the field!" She exclaimed--please hint the sarcasm.
"Becky maybe we should get going," I suggested seeing as this can't get any better.
"Gwenn, don't be serious. There's a party at the group house!" She shook my shoulder, defiantly not helping the situation. "The group" is Becky's sisters, and they all live in a house on the outskirts of the city.
"Becky..." I dragged on, pleading with her to not make me do this.
"If it makes you feel any better Gwenn I'll be going," Jason commented. Well it doesn't make me feel any better.
"See Gwennie, it's perfect!" She jumped up and down.
"Fine." Shoot me now.

Ah, the joy of writing a story. Idk about you, but Jason? What do you think about him, or his relationship between Gwenn? And Becky? What in the world is up with her, right?
lol.
Sincerely,
Mac.
