The ladies return from their shopping and discuss the sangeet ceremony that's to take place the following day. They share responsibilities among themselves in the sitting room.

Shekhar and Shagird are in charge of music.

Aniket and Surjeet handled decorations.

Tanya and Ruchi handled food and snacks.

Indira, Rowan and Ria are out in charge of the guest list.

Asha handled entertainment.

The next day, the household busied themselves to get ready for the day, ensuring that the necessities of the day were sorted out.

The bride and groom's family and friends rehearsed their choreography taking steps, failing to practice them and trying again admsits laughs and encouragements.

The long awaited evening finally arrives and the family members are all dressed up in beautiful attires for it.

Meanwhile, outside the hall of music and merriness the woman sits in a car when RK calls her asking her.

"I hope you are ready?"

"You bore me with your questions."

"You better have a solid plan."

"You worry too much RK, my plan is foolproof, I'll be in there in no time."

Her eyes roams the environment as more guests fill the hall.

"I have to go now, wish me luck." She says and hangs up without waiting for a response.

Asha and Shagird are the presenters for the Sangeet and look stunning in her georgette straight suit and Shagird in his blue sherwani.

The ceremony kicks off with the arrival of Shalini who shines in her blue and gold embroidered lehenga choli and Vedant in his blue and gold embroidered sherwani.

Guest dancers give their performances first first before the bride and groom's families are called on stage. After this, Shalini and Vedant are called on to do a couples dance.

"Shalini I must say, you've changed Vedant a lot. I've never seen him dance in my whole life seriously it's amazing to see." Shagird hold up the microphone to tell Shalini.

The ceremony is almost over as the refreshments go around and Vedant darts to the bar side, he talks to a few guests then sits on a barstool.

The mysterious woman sits behind him and starts "I had no idea you could put up a good show Vedant, I must congratulate you on this very special day."

Vedant freezes on his seat as he hears the familiar voice, he turns back and stares at Rachna, she is dressed in a black plunging V-neck faux wrap long holiday dress.

The timeline of the events and memories they had both shared flash before his eyes and he can't utter a single word.

Rachna takes a sip of her drink and continues "Surprised? Please don't be. It's been a long time, hasn't it?"

Vedant finds his voice and shoots back "What the hell are you doing here?!"

Rachna smiles and answers "Don't call my name like that, it's not like the way the Vedant I know would've said it. I'm surprised you've moved on so quickly." She puts her hand on Vedant's shoulder and continues "I've missed you a lot."

Vedant throws her hand off his shoulder and replies "Well I haven't, you better leave this place now else.."

"Else what?" Rachna interrupts "I came here on my own will and I will leave on my own will. I'm here to stay Vedant. Enjoy the rest of the evening." she says and sauters off.

Vedant states at ger departing form and checks around hoping no one from his family noticed her.

The party soon ends and everyone begins leaving the hall.

Tanya is just about leaving when she sees Rachna and approaches her.

"It's late dear, what are you still doing here?" she asks seeing as they are the only two left in the hall apart from a few staff.

"Oh aunt you must be Vedant's soon to be mother-in-law." Rachna greets with a faltering smile.

"Yes child, but what are you doing here? And who are you?"

"I'm Rachna Rawant. I just arrived from Dublin today when I heard that Vedant is getting married. The hotels are too expensive aunt and I have nowhere to go. I have no family here too." she says in a rushed breath with panic.

"Hey hey slow down. You have to calm down, it is okay, you're a friend of Vedant, right?"

Rachna nods and she continues "There's enough room in our house so you can stay for as long as you want."

Rachna embraces Tanya and they go to the Maheshwari residence.

Everyone is sleeping, exhausted from the tiring days of planning and execution. The only people left awake are Swamini and Chetan who wait for Tanya to return home.

Upon Tanya's instructions, Swamini takes Rachna to an empty guest room and Chetan carries her luggages for her.
