Vedant finally takes a stand, he knows what he wants and his decision was final, he'll give in to who the heart wants.

He held a silver pave diamante ring in his hand as he looks at his wedding attire, though he was nervous, he was going to give the ring to the one he truly loved at the wedding ceremony.

Shalini enters her room and is surprised to see that her bangles are not where she kept them. Without them, the wedding wouldn't take place even if Vedant agreed to go ahead with it.

She calls on Asha and Shekhar and inquires if they have seen the bangles or had any clue as to where they were. They shake their heads in response and her heart falls.

"Who could have done this? Oh god where is it?"

Asha knows better and she angrily confronts Rachna "Where are the bangles?"

"What bangles?"

"Stop acting like you are oblivious, I'm talking about Shalini's bangles."

"I don't know where they are."

"Stop lying, I know the kind of person you truly are."

"I don't know what you are talking about all I know is that I had a runny nose and stayed in bed for the most part of today." Rachna retorts and walks past a fuming Asha.

Aunt Ria is the only elder they can confide in but they are at loss of what to do. They search the house and unfortunately find nothing. They retire to bed hoping to come up with a plan the following day.

Shalini can't sleep as she thinks of what is going to occur the following day.

Would she end the day on a happy note or feel like committing suicide?

The bangle incident could just ruin everything.

She sniffs.

The next day, Aniket ensures that the house is under tight security since he doubts that Raj would stay still and let everything go on peacefully.

The wedding mandap has already been set and the priest had just arrived.

Shalini sits still as her mum helps her to dress up. She put on a red lehenga choli, the anklet which Ruchi had presented to her as a gift at the engagement, stone stuffed earrings, a rose ring and necklace which makes her even more beautiful, all that is left to wear is the bangles.

"Where are the bangles my dear?" Tanya inquires as she searches round the room.

Shalini goes speechless thankfully Ria in a dusty pink lehenga walks in as soon as she hears Tanya's question "Tanya, the priest is here."

"Aniket and Surjeet will handle that, I can't find her bangles Ria and she's not even saying anything." she answers almost panicking.

"Then at least come and meet the caterer, there's still some time until the wedding begins." Ria continues again this time Tanya gives in  "I'll be back Shalini and I want to see those bangles when I return, you know how important they are for today."

"Yes mum." Then she was out following Ria downstairs.

Asha darts in dressed in a pink kurti lehenga "How's the bride doing?"

"I'm so tense Asha and the bangles are still missing."

"I almost forgot, aunt Ria and I got new ones just incase we don't find them."

"No, I won't wear them. I need my bangles." Shalini groans resisting the urge to stomp her feet like a child.

"I was afraid of this... fine, I'll have just one last look around, wait here."

Shalini compiles.
