So, there is no ACTOR Sebastian Stan in Becca's universe. The movie actor who PLAYS Bucky Barnes is different. BUT!! the Bucky Barnes from a different dimension LOOKS like Sebastian Stan. (Buts acts like the Bucky Barnes in the movies) Becca's brother is Sebastian Stan who instead of becoming an actor went into the military.
