Our little secret

2 months later:

"Wrong! My middle name is Nicole," I said as I put whipped cream on the paper plate, getting ready to slap it on Harrison's face.

Harrison and I broke up a couple days ago, but we both agreed to it and knew we would stay best friends.

We knew that us being a couple still only felt like a friendship, but with kissing, and breaking up didn't really change anything, well other than the kissing.

I still haven't really spoken to Maz since the whole incident, but I know that all this time apart has really made me think about him, and remembering all the times we had together made me really build up feelings.

"Just get it over with!" Har screamed.

I smashed the plate on his face and dropped it, causing his face to be covered in white.

I took some off his cheek with my finger and licked it.

"Mm, yummy."

I was back at my place, cuddling with whisk, who is now probably fully grown.

I heard a knock on my door and opened it to see Maz.

"Hi, can I come in?" He asked.

Seeing him put butterflies in my stomach, god I missed him.

"Sure," I responded.

Whisk ran up to him and licked his face.

"Wow he's gotten so big," Maz said.

He stood up and looked at me seriously.

"Look scarlet, I know you don't really want to hear this, but I've missed you so much and I-"

"Oh god I've missed a lot too," I said cutting him off.
"Really?" He asked surprised.
"I can't stop thinking about you. it's like every time I walk past your door I just want to run in and see your face," I said.
"Me too," he responded, shocked.

We looked at each other for a little while and I saw his eyes drift to my lips.

"Um scarlet?" Maz asked.
"Ya?"
"Uh I know you just broke up with Harrison but-"
"Oh just shut up and kiss me," I said as I ran to his and smashed my lips onto his.

He immediately kissed back and a big weight was lifted off my shoulders.

It got more intense and I jumped on him, wrapping my legs around his waist and draping my arms over his shoulders, not breaking the kiss.

He carried me to my room and threw me on my bed, causing me to giggle.

"You don't know how long I've been waiting to do this," he said breathlessly right before throwing himself on me.

It was close to night time and I was snuggled into Maz on my bed.

"You know I don't think anyone would be happy that we got together again," I said.
"Your right, maybe it'll be our dirty secret," he responded with a smirk.
"We'll lock the door whenever we're together so no one walked in on us and act like we hate each other, they'll never expect a thing," I said rubbing my hands together evilly.

This is going to be fun.
