Today was finally the day.
The day that I stated living.
My best friend Amy and I have been waiting to move to LA ever since the day we turned 18. Getting in that moving van was so exiting, knowing that I would be living in my own apartment, away from my parents and next to the apartment building that Amy would be in by herself as well.
We pulled up to the building and Got out. I waited for Amy to pull up and ran to her immediately.
"AMY! We're here!" I said with excitement.
"I know! So we're going to get in our apartments and bring in all the boxes then video chat while we unpack right?" I could tell she was anxious to get moved in.
"Sure Amy. Hopefully our windows are next to each other so we can like open our windows and be like 'good morning' and just talk to each other from our apartments!" I know I'm crazy. I'm just so exited!
"I know scar! We better go. Just remember to video chat me after you bring in all ur boxes...unless there's a problem...or there's a cute boy! (we call that code 13) let me know if there's a cute boy!"
Little did she know that would be the exact problem.
