THIRD PERSON'S POV

It's 7, and Rose is nervous. She's been all over the house since she came back. Looking into the mirror, again and again, she tries to find any mistake in her appearance and her dress.

Rose is wearing semi-formal clothes with her apron on even though it's too early for that. She runs through her resume the tenth time and reads everything over. Looking into the mirror, she also rehearsals every possible conversation with their boss.

It's probably her only chance to get out of the mess, and she doesn't want to lose it.

Her phone rings, Rose immediately takes it out expecting Tyler's name.

"Hey," He speaks.

"Hi!" Rose replies.

"Are you ready?"

"Yeah, I think so!"

"Then come out, we don't want to be late!" Rose takes a deep breath and hangs up the call.

She takes the file and checks herself out the last time before getting out.

Tyler laughs the moment he lays eyes upon her. Astonished by her outfit, he gets out of the car and speaks, "Take that apron off!"

"Huh, but I was thinking..."

He opens the door for her and turns to her again,

"Calm down. You got this, okay!" Rose nods and walks to get in, but Tyler stops her and unties her precious apron.

"We don't need this right now." He states while handing it carefully to her.

Rose smiles and gets in the car. Tyler takes his seat as well and drives off.

*** Ten minutes later ***

Tyler pulls over the car,

"We're here." He says.

ROSE'S POV

I get out of the car, and my jaw drops at the astounding sight.

"I'll be back in a second, don't move." Tyler states, I see him driving away. Must be heading to the parking lot.

I shift my gaze back at the mighty villa which is far from where I am standing. What's this, a stadium? From the extreme corner to the other end, this ground can literally contain ten houses like mine! Even more...

I look to my right, where the swimming pool is. Not just any ordinary pool, I must mention. It's zigzagged and at every turn, there's a space within it, of some hollow concrete ground.

Wait, are those fire pits?!

"Come on!" My attention slides to Tyler. He walks on the staircase to my left. I follow him obediently.

"You didn't tell me it's this big!" I speak while matching his pace.

"There are so many things you aren't aware of."

"Like?"

"Rose, if you'll be selected; do not get involved with people here. Some of them are dangerous!"

"But you said they are nice?" I spat.

"They are but they are dangerous as well. You'll just cook and stay out of every business here!" He speaks in a serious tone.

"Okay," I reply despite many questions arising.

After walking through the huge ground, we meet another. A long staircase runs at the big gate. I study the gate keenly, it's plain brown with strips of light brown fixed at equal distances. Just the two-silver door handles in the middle of it are making it too aesthetic.

Tyler places his thumb on the left handle and I hear a clicking sound. Before I could ask what it was all about, the door automatically opened.

I turn to him in awe, without looking at me, he speaks,

"It's a thumb recognizer. No one, except the person whose thumb is registered in this, can walk through this door."

This had my eyes touch the sky.

How amazing!!

I turn back to see what the door has revealed and oh my god, I feel like I'm in some five-star hotel! My eyes can't go any wide looking at how clean and incredible the view looks.

Not mentioning the extensive staircase, what catches my attention is the big space at the centre of the salle.

"Follow me, Rose." I hear him again.

Tyler walks past me and I follow him without taking my eyes off the centre, feeling excited because he walks past the grille. I sneak down and skip a beat! This shit is underground.

That's another floor down there! Another freaking floor?

"Rose?" I jump internally as I hear Tyler yelling, I look up and see him standing so far, waiting for me at the start of the stairs.

I blink in shock and walk towards him while observing the bright massive chandelier flying high at the end, right above that circular space.

Gosh! And they don't have a chef? Are you kidding me? They should have celebrities cook for them. Is this some kind of prank?

"Tyler-"

"Rose, I said follow me!" He whisper-yells while gripping my hand.

Oh my God, I can't believe this! What am I going to cook for the people living here? This place has already rejected me in every possible way!

Tyler doesn't leave my hand and starts climbing the stairs, are these made of glass?! They look like, thank god I didn't wear heels!

After carefully walking through the case, Tyler leaves my hand and speaks again,

"Now, do not leave my side!" I nod in return.

This villa has a theme of some dark movie set, everything is on point and a mixture of black and white is all over. I'm falling in love with this place again and again!

He walks towards the right corridor and stops in front of the very first room. I follow him as usual.

He looks... nervous? I should be the one getting nervous right now!

"Listen, stay here. I'll be back in a minute." He speaks looking directly into my eyes. Why do I feel like he's going in to steal something?

We've been walking like thieves ever since, and I totally forget to tell you about the most important and crazy shit about this place!

Men are literally all over the place, standing like robots, wearing black shades and their gaze is fixed on the front. They seem bodyguards, or I assume villa-guards.

Tyler opens the door just enough to step inside and closes it immediately after entering completely. He's really onto something, I hope that's not wicked!

I look around and see the guy standing at the beginning of the opposite corridor. It seems like he's looking at me, but I'm not sure, his eyes are hidden behind the shades.

I passed a smile at him and exactly that happened, what I was low-key expecting- he ignored me. I mentally sigh and turn my gaze back at the door; where Tyler went in.

I drop my ear on the door, I can not hear anything.

How much time will he take?

Just when I pull back, the door opens revealing Tyler. I try to see behind him, but all my tries sprints in vain as I'm short!

"Let's go." He speaks and walks past me.

What the hell is happening?

"Where?"

"To the kitchen, our boss wants to taste your food. Only then he'll come to any conclusion." He replies.

"My resume?"

"It isn't required."
