THIRD PERSON'S POV
"Here, take it inside," Rose holds the cutleries carefully before nodding to her mom. She makes her way out of the kitchen to the dining table, where everyone is already present.
"It smells delicious!" She hears her dad and sniggers at his child-like behaviour.
Placing the tray on the table, "Eh, no!" she slaps her dad's hand as he right away attempts to fill his plate.
"Let mom come too, dad." She lectures him and he sighs looking into the space.
It's been two days since King and Hannah left for Dubai. Upon leaving, King mandated Rose to stay in the mansion and asked Tyler to keep an eye on her. He strictly told him that she cannot leave the place, to which Tyler assured him.
Ever since they're gone, Tyler and Rose left the mansion. For now, that's the least Tyler can do for her. They attended Joseph's funeral yesterday and now they're at Rose's house, about to have dinner.
Rose sits between her dad and Andy and chatters about Andy's cafe which is getting quite popular in the town. Rose's dad got a promotion as well and her mom's job at the academy is going really well.
"Let me help you," Tyler utters as he watches Rose's mom heading in with a pile of utensils. He takes the lot and places it carefully on the table.
"Let's thank god first!" Her mom commands. Everyone in the room thanks god before diving in.
Rose has been with them since the morning. Her parents were beyond relieved having her in their arms. They were determined to not let her go back in that hell-hole, but thanks to Tyler and his slick-talking, they've been less stressed.
Rose has never been happier for the past few days, she feels fulfilled watching her family altogether laughing. She instinctively gazes at Tyler and mouths him 'thank you' for helping her see them again.

Hannah sips on the cocktail while admiring the blue sky. She's here with Dylan, yet she feels something hefty is missing. Tyler broke up with her and ever since that night he just evaporated. She left numerous texts, called him every hour but got no reply and it was driving her mad. Ever since she's been feeling the urge to go back to him and beg to at least talk to her.
She lost the person who loved her more than anything in his life. She never thought he'd break up with her, nor thought he'd leave her after seating her in paradise.
King, on the other hand, has been thinking about Rose. I can't lose mine too; he realised he can't possibly be thinking about making her his by snatching her loved ones from her.
All this time, he's been selfish and only thought about himself. He killed Joseph, blackmailed her and made her do things his way. He feels heavy in his chest every time her sombre eyes appear in front of his eyes; he isn't proud of his doing.
"Tyler broke up with me," King turns around as he takes another puff of the cigarette.
"Here," He extends his pack of cigarettes in her direction and throws the lighter on the table.
Hannah sighs before taking the stuff, lights it and lies beside him.
"Did you get it?" Hannah asks about the private tourism industry he planned to acquire.
"Yes." Hannah curls her lips in amusement, "It was a big one, how much did it cost you?"
"3 bullets."
"WHAT!?" King lights another one casually, "Don't tell me you killed him?"
"I didn't." He ordered his men to kill the owner right after he signed the papers. He did what was done to him years ago. When his father died, everyone started taking Wyvern for granted and King had to show them their places.
"We're going back home tomorrow." He speaks after a few minutes.
"What? But wh-why?"
"There's just one person left and I'll meet her tonight."
"Then we're done-"
"No, we aren't done! You've been out all day since we came, what about me?"
"I came here for work, not to chill with you." Hannah gasps sharply at his cold tone. But the truth is, King can't wait to see Rose again. He has been feeling guilty ever since that night and there's this constant urge to be around her again that's making him restless.
"I love you, Dylan," Hannah speaks as she caresses one of his cheeks. "Tyler is out of our way too, we can finally be together." She nods her head, looking at him.
King throws his cigarette after pulling her close, earning a smile from Hannah. He kisses her but immediately withdraws. He closes his eyes sharply at his spinning head, he's been smoking too much.
"Are you okay?"
Rose's supple lips come in front of his eyes, he curses himself underneath. He's drowning in her, but what's scaring him is he doesn't want to stop himself.
"Yes," He utters before kissing her again.

"I can't thank you enough, Tyler," Rose mumbles while both of them are cosying up to their longest hug.
"You can, just please come back by 8 in the morning!" Tyler chuckles before replying. It's past eleven in the night. Although Rose and Tyler had to leave by this time for the mansion, Tyler is letting her stay.
He got the news of King coming back by tomorrow evening and who knows when she'll be able to meet them again.
"I will." Rose breaks the hug and smiles at him. To her surprise, Tyler strokes her cheeks and places a kiss on her forehead before departing.
She stunningly looks at him as he leaves. What did he just do? She thinks to herself. It is not the first time he kissed her forehead, but this time it felt different to her. She nervously smiles back as he turns around to wave at her. Shaking her head vigorously, I am thinking too much, she thinks it off.
"ROSE, YOUR MOM IS KILLING ME!" Rose rolls her eyes playfully at her sweet family before getting inside.
