On our way home I called a lawyer. I made sure he was the very best, I didn't want her father walking free without paying for what he's done. After a few rings, his assistant answered.

"Hello, Mr. Gregory Williams office. How may we help you?" She was very sweet over the phone.

"Yes, this is Michael Clifford, I need Mr. Williams for a court case." I said.

"What would be the detail of the case?"

"Domestic abuse," I said into the phone.

"Who was reviving the abuse?"

"My girlfriend, her father has been abusing her for some years now."

"Okay, I'll have Mr. Williams call you."

"Thank you." I hung up the phone and looked over at Cassie. She was looking out the window silently.

"Cass?" I asked her.

"Mike?" She asked back mocking me slightly.

"Are you okay?" She looked over at me and smiled.

"I'm getting my freedom, I couldn't be happier. Sure I'm scared they'll let him go, but I'm glad I'm getting away." she said tears forming in her eyes.

"He'll get put away I promise you." I said wiping her eyes.

We pulled into my drive way and I parked the car. She stayed there for a moment.

"What are you thinking about?" I asked.

"I got to get my mother out of there," she mumbled.

"We'll get her some help," I said holding her hand. She nodded before getting out of the car. She walked over to me and took my hand.

"You'll be okay," I said pulling her into my chest. She nodded as she wrapped my arms around my torso.

"Let's go inside yeah?" I asked.

She nodded before pulling away and walking into the house. My phone began ringing so I excused myself and answered.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hey Mikey! It's Ash, Cal, and Luke." Ashton greeted.

"Hey guys, what's going on? Why are all three of you calling?" I asked.

"Well, our tour is starting a month early." Luke said.

"Are you serious?!" I asked a smile breaking on my face.

"We're not lying!" Calum laughed.

"Oh my God, this is great!" I said.

Cassie had come into the kitchen and my face dropped. She gave me a puzzled look. I held up a finger really quickly.

"When do we leave?" I asked.

"End of the month." Ashton said.

"That's two weeks," I mumbled.

"Yeah," Luke said.

"I'll call you back," I mumbled.

"What's going on?" Cassie asked sitting up on the counter. I walked over and stood between her legs and wrapped my arms around her waist. I sighed loudly.

"My tour, starts a month early." I rushed out.

Cassie's face dropped. She looked down, playing with her hands slightly.

"So you're leaving?" she asked.

I nodded slowly. I pulled her closer to me. "I'm happy and also upset about this, I don't want to leave you." I mumbled.

"What about my parents?" She asked.

"You will stay here, with my parents. I'm not letting you go back there. I've already called the lawyer and he will be calling you soon. Even though I won't be here, I'll still support you through the court case and everything. Okay?"

She nodded her head slowly looking up at me. "I think I can handle it," she mumbled.

"I'll still be here for you, you known that?"I smiled.

"Well no, I  thought you'd ditch me on the side of a cliff." she giggled.

"Never, I love you too much." I said.

"I know you do Clifford," she said.

"No I love you back?" I asked.

She kissed me slowly. "I'll think about it," she said jumping off the counter and running away. I smiled shaking my head as I chased after her.
