*Some foul language*

As band rehearsal finished Marlie finally had a set list for the boys performance for the homecoming dance.

"Marlie, have you decided what dress you'll wear to the dance?" Alex asked excitedly, he always loved Marlies fashion sense.

"I can't decide between a long dress or short dress" She said stressed.

"Marlie, you are like three feet tall. Short dress for sure" Alex said laughing.

"I am not! And fine, short looks better anyway" Marlie snapped. The rest of the boys laughing at her.

"What are you all wearing?" She asked sassily.

"Definitely a pink tux, I need your help getting ready" Alex said.

Marlie gave him a small smile.

"I have this suit in mind, it's navy blue" Luke added.

Marlie gave an approving nod.

"Probably my leather jacket" Reggie said confidently.

"No way, you all are dragging me to this dance, we're doing it right." Marlie said laughing.

"I'm just wearing black with red suspenders" Bobby said.

"I guess I'll wear a suit" Reggie sighed.

"Good! If i have to be uncomfortable, so do you" Marlie said still lying on the couch.

"Marlie in a dress, who would've thought" Luke laughed ruffling her hair.

"And heels" Reggie added.

"This is the one, and only time it'll ever happen" Marlie snapped.

"How about a lunch break?" Reggie said hopeful.

"Uh we dont have anything I know how to make" Luke said trying to come up with ideas.

"Oh come on, you've never made a grilled cheese before" Marlie said scoffing.

Luke looked at her utterly confused.

"My god, what would you boys ever do without me" Marlie said walking into Luke's house.

His parents were gone for the day, that's why the band was able to practice all day.

The four boys followed behind her. She walked into the kitchen and began searching through the fridge for ham, cheese, and butter.

"Luke where's the bread" Marlie said.

The boys handed her all the ingredients as he got out a pan per her request.

"Come" Marlie said motioning for all the boys to watch.

She demonstrated how to make the perfect grilled cheese as the boys stared helplessly. Luke and Reggie each rested their arm on Marlies shoulder as the four all closely watched.

Marlie laughed as she plated five grilled cheese sandwiches. The boys all sitting around the table. They once again, left two open seats. One for Marlie, one for Katherine. This became quite the tradition, not only in Marlies house, but everywhere she ate with the boys.

Although the boys didnt know Katherine, they knew how much she meant to Marlie.

As the boys began devouring the sandwiches.

"Sooo? How are they" Marlie said laughing at the messy boys.

"Delicious"
