Night Changes

Part 3

(In the second trimester)

I woke up at 3am feeling really sick. Today was the second day of my second trimester. I ran to the bathroom and threw up. A few seconds later I felt Charlie come behind me and hold my hair up.

"Charlie I'm gonna have morning sickness now.", I said groaning.

"It's okay.", he said rubbing my back.

I threw up again, "Does this not gross you out?", I said once I was done.

"Not at all.", he said I smiled, when I got done throwing up for the moment.

"I'm tired.", I said.

"So am I.", Charlie said. "You don't have to get up, I'll carry you."

"You really don't have to."

"But I want too."

"Fine.", I said as he picked me up and carried me to the bed.

"I love you.", he said in a baby voice.

I smiled and responded, "I love you too."

"Mind if I rub your stomach?"

"If you want too.", I said. He lifted me shirt up and rubbed my stomach occasionally kissing it. I then fell asleep.

When I woke up, Charlie's head was on my stomach, he was talking to the baby. I smiled and he noticed I was up.

"Good morning.", he said.

"Hey have you been up since 3?"

"Maybe."

I went to get up but my stomach was still hurting, "Charlie can you please get me an outfit?"

"Yeah we should match!"

"Sure why not.", I said, forcing a smile. He handed me some black legging and a grey sweatshirt. I put them on and he put on some black sweatpants and his grey sweatshirt.

"Want anything for breakfast.", he asked me.

"Maybe just like some applesauce."

"Do we have any?", he said going to the kitchen.

"Yeah I think we have go-go squeezes."

"Found them!", he said, bringing me one and getting one for himself. After we finished I ran to the bathroom and threw up.

"I hate this.", I said since Charlie was sitting beside me rubbing my back.

"Just think we're gonna have a mini human soon."

"But, it's making me sick.", I said, pouting.

"I know and I'm sorry."

"You don't have anything to be sorry about.", I said, forcing myself to stand up.

"Can I carry you to the Uber?", he asked.

"I don't know why you want to. I probably weigh like a million pounds but whatever."

"You don't weigh a million pounds.", he said to me as he picked me up.

I wrapped my legs around his waist, "Well I sure feel like it.", I commented he laughed a little and we went to set.

"Charlie let go of me, I'm gonna get sick.", I said as we were walking through the parking lot since he insisted on carrying me.

I then ran to the grass and threw up, "It's okay.", Charlie said holding my hair and rubbing my back.

"Thanks Charles for everything."

"You're welcome princess. Now let's get you to my trailer so you can rest.", he said as he picked me up again and brought me to it.

"I hate having morning sickness and this is on the first day.", I groaned laying on his couch.

"Here I was researching last night and they say you can get these lollipops that prevent it and a little band like your car sick one. I kinda already got them at 5 this morning.", he said pulling them out of his bag and handing them to me.

"Thank you very much.", I said as I pulled out one of the lollipops and started to eat it and it surprisingly tasted good.

"Alright I'm gonna go tell Kenny you need a day off.", Charlie said as he walked to the door.

"You really don't have to, I'll just push through it."

"Nope I think you need a day off and as your baby dad and fiancé I'm gonna make that happen."

"Okay fine.", I said knowing I wasn't gonna win. After he left I got a text from Madi asking where I was. I told her and a few seconds later she was right beside me.

"Hey what's up?", she said smiling.

"Morning sickness just had to start and it's so dumb and I hate it!", I said ranting.

"When did it start?"

"Three in the morning.", I said as I calmed down a little.

"I'm sorry.", she said going into a hug. "At least on Saturday you get to know the gender that's only two days away."

"Well me and Charlie decided we wanted it to be a surprise until it's born."

"Oh alright then.", she said. I know she was almost excited about it as me and Charlie. Charlie came back in the trailer and we just talked for a little bit. Then the stupid nausea had to come. I ran to the bathroom and threw up. Charlie as always was right behind me holding my hair and rubbing my back.

"I thought the lollipops helped.", he said pouting a little.

"Well they did but it can't go away forever.", I sighed.

"That was the cutest thing ever.", Madi gushed.

"Me throwing up?", I questioned giving her a are you serious look.

"No what Charlie did."

"Oh that makes more sense.", I said. Charlie laughed at me a little. They then had to go to set leaving me all alone. I just played on my phone until it was time to leave. When we got back to the hotel me and Charlie ordered pizza for dinner and watched movies while cuddling the rest of the night.
