Night Changes

"Hey wanna have a sleepover with me and Jadah and Savannah tonight in my room?", I asked Madi while I was getting her costume. My belly was really big, I mean I am 35 weeks pregnant and the baby could come at any time.

"Yeah but wont Charlie miss you."

"He'll be fine. He knows I need some girl time.", I said as I handed her the costume to put on.

"Okay i'm down, what will we be doing?", she said as she put on the costume.

"Um, I was thinking just like talking, playing games, watching movies, etc.", then I felt a sharp pain.

"Hey you good.", she said stepping out of the changing room.

"Yeah just the baby. I've been feeling these all day. I'm fine."

"You sure?"

"Yes, now get to your scene you don't want to be late also if you see Charlie can you tell him to come in here please."

"Yes.", she said as she left.

A few minutes later Charlie came in and hugged me, "Hey how are you and jellybean?"

"Well it's been giving me sharp pains all day.", I said looking down at my stomach rubbing it.

"Hey that's not nice don't be hurting my fiance like that.", he said talking to the baby, I let out a small laugh.

"It's fine, it just means it's growing well."

"The due dates in 8 days you sure you're not going into labor."

"Yes Charlie, my water would have broken."

"Okay just making sure, but if anything happens i'll be there in thirty seconds max."

"Okay.", I said, going to hug him he hugged me back.

"You know how hard it is to hug you now.", he said laughing a little so I knew it was a joke.

"Well at least you dont keep getting random pains and kicks and that reminds me I need to use the bathroom.", I said letting go of him and going into the bathroom. Once I was down I came back out.

"You're right I couldn't handle the pain like i've said before strongest woman I know.", I smiled at him and he kissed me."You think it a girl or boy?", he said going to hold my stomach,

"I think boy it's very wild."

"I think it's a girl,'' he said.

"Really it could be either one."

"Yeah, now I bet you're hungry so let's go get some set food."

"But I don't wanna get up, the couch is comfortable."

"Come on.", he said holding out his hand he tried to pull me up but couldn't.

We both laughed, "Charlie you can do better than that.", I said jokingly.

He then helped me up with both hands this time, "See there we go." We walked to the set having to stop a few times because I couldn't move . The pain was so bad. The rest of the day I hung out on set until it was time for the sleepover.

"In case I don't see you again goodnight I love you.", Charlie said, walking me to our room.

"Night love you.", I said then kissed him. I went in my room and rested until Madi came in.

"Hello!!", she said.

"Hi!", I said as I stood up from the couch.

"You still hurting?", she said as she set her bag down.
