(6th months later)
Today is the day. I have a c-section scheduled and me and Charlie are on our way to the hospital. My stomach looks like I swallowed forty watermelons but it's okay, I'm about to have three kids at once then have four in total. I have no clue how we are going to do it. But at least filming ended a month ago so we are home, plus our parents are across the street and Madi is staying with us.
"You ready?" Charlie asked, grabbing my hand and kissing it.
"Yeah. A little nervous though."
"Why? You've been through this before."
"Not for the surgery, for after it."
"Oh well we have Madi."
"She'll mainly be with Leo."
"True. Then we have our parents."
"Yeah, except in the middle of the night when they are all screaming at once and I have to feed all of them."
"Hey just remember the plan. You pump during the day then when they do wake up in the middle of the night we'll just have to heat it up for them."
I threw my head on the headrest and groaned, "I'm going to like be constantly pumping."
"I mean i'm not complaining." He said with a half smirk smile laughing.
I hit his shoulder, "Shut up, you don't even know."
"Youre right. And we are here." He said as we parked. I was about to open the door when Charlie stuck his hand out for me to take and helped me out.
"Thanks."
"Anything for you." He said, taking a small bow.
"None of that." I sassed grabbing my bag out of the back seat while Charlie put his hand over his heart like he was offended.
"Well then guess i'll just leave."
"Noooo, I can't do this without you."
"I know." He said, smiling , taking my bag.
"I can carry things you know."
"Too bad then." I scoffed at his response and we walked into the hospital hand in hand.
"HI i'm y/n Gillespie here for a c-section."
"Yes ,you are in room 104." She said pointing down the hall. I thanked her and waddled to the room.
Another nurse followed us into the room and directed me to replace my sweat pants and shirt for one of those uncomfortable hospital gowns. Once, I changed. She hooked me up to all the medicine. Charlie held my hand basically the whole time because who knows what would have happened if I couldn't have been able to squeeze it when she was putting all those needles in me.
I checked the time and realized we only had five minutes until the huge operation, "Charlie we are about to have four kids all under the age of five. How do you feel?" I said holding up my hand to his face like I had a microphone and was a reporter.
He leaned down a little to talk into the imaginary mic. "I am feeling nervous. Thanks for asking." He said lifting his head back up.
I put the mic back down to me. "And why do you feel this way?"
I held the mic back up to him. "I think it's going to be a lot of diapers and crying."
"Very true." I said now laughing.
One of the nurses then came into our room, "How are you guys feeling?"
"Good." I said smiling at her.
"That's wonderful. Husband here is your gear you need to get changed into." She said handing him scrubs. He thanked her and put them on top of his clothes.
A few minutes later I was laying in an operating room with my stomach cut open. "Baby A is out." One of the doctors said and quickly showed him to us.
"Aww its River." I said turning my head to Charlie.
"I love him." He said grabbing my hand. "You think he'll look like Leo?"
"Maybe, but not exactly."
"Yeah."
"Here's baby B." A doctor said holding up Luna Marie.
"Charlie she's beautiful." I said gasping.
"Awww she has brown hair and blue eyes."
"And lastly baby C." A doctor said holding up our last baby girl Clemintine Rane.
"I love you so much." Charlie said leaning down and pressing a kiss on my lips. "We have four beautiful babies all because of you babe. I love you." He said once more.
The end.
