Continuation:
It felt like it was more of Jisoo's 'welcome home drinking what-ever-she said' than mine. She had so much fun. I'm not against if that's what she wanted, I swear I had fun too. But this piece of shit forced me not to use my motorbike because she wants me to get wasted tonight, though I know I wouldn't do that, but still. Why is she the one drunk when she knew she'll drive? I'll bet my own life that this asshole will be a dead meat to her wife as soon as she found out. I did tried to stop her, but she was too stubborn.
I furrow my brows with the unfamiliar ringtone and follow the sound where it's coming from. Turns out Jisoo's phone is the one ringing. I clench my jaw and glare at her, hearing her snoring and sleeping peacefully drives me insane. If my stares could kill, she will peacefully sleep, forever.
I shove my hand inside her pocket to get her phone and check who's calling.
Commander ❤️
I am so dead. How am I going to tell her that her wife passed out and has no capability to drive right now?
My heart beats so fast, my hands are getting sweaty and my fucking brain isn't functioning very well. Great.
I heave a deep sigh to calm myself a bit and rub my sweaty hand to my pants before sliding the accept button on screen.
"Hello" my voice shakes unintended.
"Hello? Really?" She counter back with sarcasm. "Wait.. Lisa?" She ask in confusion when she realize it's me. She probably didn't expect that I'll be the one answering her call.
"Y-yeah." I stutter then I add "Jisoo is drunk and literally sleeping on the sidewalk right now." I nervously say while glancing at Jisoo. I squeeze my eyes shut waiting to be scolded by a surely fuming girl on the other line.
"Oh. My. God." She says through gritted teeth. "I feel nauseous because of that hard-headed.. piece of.. chicken.. Oh God my head hurts." She groan in frustration.
"I tried to stop her, I'm sorry Rosé. I got her don't worry." I assure, hoping to ease her anger.
"I told her not to drink too much." She whine.
"I'm really sorry." I sincerely apologize and crouch, gently touching Jisoo's shoulder. "I'll take her home safely." I say softly and clench my teeth while I squeeze my grip on Jisoo, she groan in pain. I loosen my grip and she's back to snoring again. Good thing, she's wearing a casual outfit tonight or else people will go nuts when they see a police officer wasted and literally lying on the ground right now.
"Can I ask you a favor Lisa?" Her voice low on the other line.
"Yeah sure anything." I say without a heartbeat as I look at the chicken shit while sleeping calmly.
"Can you fetch Austin at Jennie's place? It should be Jisoo but because of her state now" she sigh "you're the only person I can count on."
I slowly stand and freeze as I remember. I am so fucking doomed right now.
Austin. Their child.
At Jennie's.
I facepalm myself. I forgot they already have a kid. Stupid fucking Lisa.
"Y-yeah." I stammer in a high pitch sound and cough "I'm sober so don't worry, I'll take care of them." I try to make myself calm with the sudden anxious I'm feeling.
"Oh God." She sigh in relief "thank you so much Lisa." She adds.
Rosé hang up immediately because she's still on duty and I give Jisoo a sharp look. Why did I even agree to come here with her in the first place? Oh yeah, I should recoup her. If this is how I should start with, well then I have no choice.
