The hunters, plus Castiel, arrived at the burned down house. Police tape was everywhere, blocking the civilians from entering the crime scene.

Two officers where talking to a few neighbors. A woman clutched to her husband as she cried.

"You guys go check out he wreckage, see if you can find anything. I'm gonna go talk to the neighbors." Jessica walked away from the group and towards the officers.

"Excuse me. Special agent Johansson." Jessica flipped out her badge then shut it.

"Huh, FBI deals with burned down houses now?" The officer asked.

"Just doing my job, officer." Jessica gave the man a sweet smile.

The man faced her and she couldn't help but stare at him.

Jessicas heart seemed to stop as she looked into the eyes of a familiar man.

"Inias?" She breathed. Tears burned her eyes and threatened to spill down her cheeks.

The officer cocked a brow.

"Who's Inias?"

Jessica blinked and the familiar face was gone.

"I-um... sorry officer, I've had a rough weekend."

The man nodded his head.

"Same here. The wife decided to cheat on me a few days ago..."

Jessica blocked out the man's voice and began to hear her heart beating in her ears.

She missed Inias dearly. He shouldn't have died. Jessica couldn't help but beat herself up for his death.

The woman cleared her throat and got back to work. She needed to focus.

"So, what happened? What have the neighbors said?"

"Well, they said that they saw a man with brown hair enter the house and suddenly it burst into flames. He carried a child outside and then suddenly vanished."

"So, he left with the child?" Jessica asked.

"Seems to be the case. Not sure why he would just kidnap the child and kill the parents. This makes no sense. Usually kidnappers want a ransom for the victim."

Jessica nodded her head.

"Alright, thank you for your time officer." She walked away and towards Dean.

Jessica passed by the second cop car when she suddenly stopped. A small voice filled her head.

"Please, help me... I'm scared."

"Jess?" Dean came by his wife's side and grabbed her arm. "Are you alright?"

"I—"

A childlike scream filled the air. Everyone turned to face the forest.

Jessica bolted for the woods. Dean shouting her name as she ran.

"Don't let anything happen to this child." Jessica prayed. "If anyone should get hurt...it should be me."

Jessica jerked to a stop as she saw a small body lying facedown on the forest floor.

"No..." she ran over to the boys body and picked him up.

The boys lips were beginning to turn purple and his skin was pale.

"N-no!" Jessica didn't even notice that she was crying. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she held the little boys hand in hers.
