The three Winchester's had met Crowley underneath an old bridge in a shady town.
"So, god assured you of this, did he?" The demon asked.
He sighed as he placed his hands into his pockets.
"Let's say you're making this up. I mean, I never think of you as imaginative."
"We're not saying it's going to happen." Dean started. "We just want to know....theoretically, if it's possible."
"The cage is a can of worms you do not want to open." Crowley said. "I believe this conversation is over."
The demon was about to snap his fingers when Dean stopped him.
"Is it?"
The demon stared at the man.
"Crowley, you know that the darkness is going to pound on everything, and that includes you."
Sam chimed in.
"Yeah, and you had a shot at taking her out when she was with you, but apparently, you thought that sucking up was a way to go."
Jessica crossed her arms over her chest.
"And that didn't work out so well."
Crowley sneered. "Because she chose you!" He pointed at Dean.
"And you couldn't control your girlfriend. What happened in that room? Why did she insist on sparing you?"
Dean was quiet, as well as Sam and Jessica were.
"What room?" Jessica thought. "What the hell did I miss here?"
"What is she to you?" Crowley asked.
Dean took a quick glance at his wife before he looked back at the demon standing before him.
"You wanna know what she is, Crowley? How about God's sister?"
"God's sister? He has relatives?"
The demon sighed as he shook his head.
"I had that kind of leverage under my thumb and I let it slip away."
"Can we focus on the big picture here, okay?" Dean asked. "Can Sam meet Lucifer or not?"
"In the cage." Sam added.
"No," Dean glared at his brother. "Not in the cage. That's not gonna happen."
"Ok, then I don't meet with Lucifer. Dean, we can't let him out".
Crowley looked as if he was staring off into space.
"What?" Dean asked angrily.
"There may be a way." Crowley turned around and began to walk towards a small barrel that was on fire.
"Clearly if Sam enters the cage, he's gone. I mean, yes, it's on my bucket list, but now's not the time to be selfish. Need a secure site, a way to neutralize Lucifer's powers."
"In hell?" Sam questioned.
"Yes in hell. So we have a modicum of control. You think I want that abomination running amok upstairs?"
"Is it possible to control the situation?" Dean asked as he looked at his brother. "Because if Sam's not safe, it's not happening."
Crowley opened his mouth to speak but Jessica spoke up first.
"I can go with Sam. Keep him safe."
Dean looked at his wife with wide eyes.
"You're not going down there. Don't you remember what happened last time you were with Lucifer. He almost killed you."
"I remember. But, without Melissa inside of my head, my mind has never been clearer. If Lucifer tries to pull something, I can fight him and still be standing."
Crowley began to laugh. This caused Jessica to whip her head towards him.
"What's so funny, demon?"
"You are. You have no idea who you're going against yet you say you can win." He chuckled. "It's adorable."
Jessica moved forward but Dean stopped her.
"Can we do this or not, Crowley?"
The demon rolled his eyes. "Yes, but there may be some challenges. Now, shall we get going?"
The Winchester's looked at each other and nodded their heads. Then, they followed the king of hell to his lair.

Hours later, Jessica was walking down the cold dark steps of hell. Sam, Crowley and a witch named Rowena were all by her side.
"I don't know about this Sam." Jessica whispered as she stared at the back of Rowena's head. "Something seems off with that woman."
"Trust me, I haven't let my guard down on her. If she tries something, you know what you have to do."
Jessica nodded her head.
Soon, the four of them reached a large cage. Rowena placed her book down and began to paint symbols all along the bottom of the cage.
"I do hope she knows what she's doing." Sam said as he leaned against a table.
Crowley grumbled with an agree.
"Mother, you do know how to put Lucifer in there without actually opening the cage?"
"We're about to find out, aren't we?" Rowena smiled.
Jessica watched the witch as she began to chant her spell.
The paintings on the cage began to glow as she continued to chant.
Suddenly, fire began to surround the cage.
Lightning constantly flashed above the group. Crowley looked up towards the sky.
"Now it begins."

Jessica could feel her heart racing as the fire grew taller. Then, in the blink of an eye, the fire died down.
A man with red glowing eyes walked closer towards the bars of the cage.
Jessica gasped.
The man's eyes caught hers and he sighed with satisfaction.
"My queen." He smiled. But, as soon as he did so, it faded.
"Wait, you're not Melissa. You're just her exoskeleton. Where is my queen?"
"Dead, I hope." Jessica replied.
Lucifer smiled evilly.
"So, she managed to get free. That's my girl."
Crowley rolled his eyes and Sam cleared his throat.
"Sam Winchester." Lucifer whispered. "My old roomie. Hug it out?"
Sam gulped down the fear that was slowly building up inside of him.
"Well, here goes nothing." He thought as he stepped forward.
The Winchester's knew what they were doing, they always did. But, they didn't know that they'd be in trouble.
