The group was now outside and making their way back to their car.

Dean was holding Sam up and helping him walk. Jessica couldn't get her mind off of what had just happened. What she had seen.

"Jess?"

"Yeah Dean?"

"What was that back there?"

Jessica shook her head. "You want me to be honest?"

"Honesty is the best policy."

"I have no idea."

"That...that doesn't really help." He gave a nervous chuckle.

"We can talk about it later, let's just get Sam and the girl to a doctor before anything bad happens."

"Hey, look, sun's gonna be up pretty soon, road shouldn't be too far. We'll be okay."

Sam groaned in pain.

"Hey hey!" Dean grabbed his brothers shirt.

"You with us Sammy?" Jessica asked.

A small chuckle came from the hunter.

"Told you that roadhouse chili was a bad idea."

Dean laughed. "Come on."

"Guys, look." The man holding his wife pointed his flash light over towards an abandoned house.

"Come on, we'll camp there for a bit." Dean said as he helped his brother towards the house.

The group entered the small cabin and began to set up shop.

"Look for a radio or something." Dean said as he set down his bag.

Jessica watched as Dean ran around the room searching for anything that worked. To their dismay, everything was dead.

"Here, Sammy, let me help you." Jess asked as she held out her arm for him to take.

"It's okay, Jess, I got it. Thank you."

Jessica gave Sam a sad smile.

"How do you feel?"

Sam smirked.

"Like crap."

"Hey!" The man started. He seemed to be trying to get Dean's attention. "HEY! We need to keep moving. Those of us who—who can."

This sparked anger inside of Dean.

"What did you say?"

"Look—Michelle's real sick, but she's got a chance. Him—he's slowing us down. And if they find us—"

"We saved you, okay? Both of you."

"It's four lives versus one."

Dean pushed the man.

"Dean! Hey stop it!" Jessica demanded.

"He's right." Sam spoke up. "You guys need to...to go. Move. Go find help, come back for me."

"Well, I ain't leaving you." Jessica touched his arm. "Your stuck with me."

"Jess—"
