"Finally." Alice said as we left the lions.
I stretched and looked around the empty ground area we found deep in the forest near a ghost town.

"Clear oxygen levels." Aphrodite said.
We all removed our helmets and got a feel of the fresh breeze.

"This is where they got the radiation activity." I said while we were gathered around the unlit campfire after setting up camp. "Reese, is it any where near the crash site?"
She shook her head.
I sighed in defeat. "Tomorrow we'll watch over the town for a few days or till we find out what is causing Atlas to get radiation activity. We don't wanna just randomly interrogate the few amount of people here. It might freak them out. Once we figure out what's going on, we'll head by the crash site if we can."

"I'll see what I can find one the area." Alice said "Just in case before we head out." She grabbed her small bag and pulled in on her back.
"I'll go with her." Flynn said.

"Okay." I said. "Be back by sun set."
They nodded and Flynn carried Alice when he expanded his wings and flew off.

Flynn

"Oh my quiznack!" Alice hid her face in my shoulder with her grip getting tighter around my shoulders and neck.
"You okay?" I chuckled and looked down at her.
"Yep." She said with a fearful tone.

She was sighed in relief when we made it to the town.
"Not a heights person huh?" I teased as we began walking down.
"Shut up." She said softly and socked me in the arm.
I chuckled as she pulled out her notebook. "Let's start interviewing some people.

Lynn

I was sitting alone in front of the pile of wood for our campfire while everyone was just chatting amongst themselves.

"May I join you?" Leo asked standing next to me with a steaming cup in his hands.
I nodded with a soft smile.
He sat next to me and held the cup in front of me.
I looked at him and slowly held it.
"My parents taught me how to live on herbs." He said as we looked away from each other.
"It shows." I scoffed and sipped the tea.

Leo

"It tastes amazing." She said with a bright smile.
"Hm?" I looked at her. "Oh! That's a tea for someone who's stressed or worried."
"What?"
"I was just boiling water with my powers earlier when I could just sense the tension from you."
She didn't reply and looked down at the green leaf tea. "Do...you wanna talk about it?"

She exhaled and held the cup in her lap. "I feel like I'm betraying my family but, I know what their doing is wrong. And, I'm just scared that'll they're gonna find me again."

"You're on our team now." I said with a soft smile. "We won't let anything happen to you."
"Thanks." She smiled.
"I'll leave you be."

Willow

I was getting closer to the site after taking a walk in the woods.
I looked ahead and pulled my head to cover my ears.

Chris

"Hey, Willow!" I ran to her as she came from the bushes with her hood over her head.
"Hm?" She looked up at me.
I grabbed her hand and pulled her behind the lions.

"What is it?" She asked and I pulled back a bush to show off an adorable sleeping cat like creature.

She slowly got down to it when it opened its eyes and sprinted off.
She stood up next to me. "Aww." She pouted. "It was really cute."

I blushed as we accidentally made eye contact. "Find anything in the woods?"
She shook her head. "I just wanted to get a fresh breeze."

We stood silent for a few seconds when I turned my body towards her. "Willow?"
"Yes?" She turned to me.
I hesitated but slowly pulled down her hood. "What are you-?" She said softly.

I rested my hands on her fluffed ears and pulled her face closer to mine. "Chris..." She said as her face blushed and her eyes shut.
I pulled her a tad closer and kissed her.

Iris

"Steph?" I stood behind him while he was sitting alone, leaning against the leg of yellow lion.
"Yeah?" He turned to me and I sat ahead of him.

"Leo had made an herbal cream for scars and I thought I would let you try it."

Steph

"Okay." I said and took off my shirt showing off the dark scar from my shoulder wound a few months ago.

She blushed and dipped her fingers in the cream and leaned closer to me.
I breathed in through my teeth and slightly pulled back. "It's cold."
"Sorry." She pulled her shoulders to her ears and her eyes widened.
I shook my head and she continued.

I looked down at her hand on my shoulder then back up at her. We both froze and blushed.
"Sorry..." She pulled back and went back for more cream.

Iris

I dipped my fingers in the cold cream and reached my hand back to his shoulder.  Not even an inch from touching him he grabbed my wrist and pulled me in.

I yelped and found myself kissing him.

He pulled back and my face was painted with shock.
"Sorry." He said with a low tone and his head down. He grabbed his shirt and walked off as he put in back on.

Anthony

It was night and the whole team was sleeping.
I had a nightmare but it felt so real.
I was holding Athena's dying body in my arms. With severe wounds to her abdomen and near her chest.

I was crying. "No!" I called out.
"Athena!" Aphrodite called out and kneeled in front of me with a unfamiliar person going next to her. He looked like Athena.

A heartbeat was in pounding in my ear and it slowed. Athena's grip on my wrist loosened and her hand dropped.

"No!" I called out and sat myself up, panting in my sleeping bag.
My breathing got slower as I pulled my hair up. I looked to my side and I saw Athena sleeping peacefully on her good ear, right next to me.
I sighed and laid back down, facing her. "It was just a dream." I said to myself and stared at her.
I leaned my head over and kissed the top of her nose. 
She squeaked silently and hid her face in her hands.
I chuckled and smiled at her. "Good night."
