Chapter 25

JAYCE POV

MABILIS ANG lakad ko dahil ayaw kong sumabay kay Aldus. Malakas at mabilis na naman ang tibok ng puso ko kanina pa.

Hahakbang sana ako nang matisod ako sa matigas na bagay, akala ko ay kaya kong balansehin ang katawan ko ngunit bumagsak ako sa maling pagbagsak. At bago ko pa malaman ang nangyari, tumama ang mga tuhod ko sa mga bato. Fuck!

"Ahhhh! fuck! fuck! fuck!" Halos mapaiyak ako sa sakit na kumalat sa buong sistema ko galing sa aking tuhod. Fucking hurts! It really hurts!

"Oh my gosh Jayce! are you okay? oh god!"

"Jayce! God! you're bleeding!"

My eyes were closed, my knee hurts! even my ankle bone! I thought it was just my knee but when I tried to stand, the pain doubled. An arm hold my knee but I scream.

"No! don't... don't touch it please!"

I open my eyes and the first I saw was a hazel color, hazel eyes. His eyes are full of worries and it eases my pain but doesn't mean I can walk now.

"It's okay Jayce, let me see it okay?" I nodded.

"You'll be okay Jayce, gosh! ang bilis mo naman kasing maglakad." Hindi ko pinansin si Scarlett.

My knee and ankle hurts! when Aldus touch my ankle I let out a scream because it fucking hurts!

"D-don't! touch it now please Aldus! n-no... please..." I'm sure tears already streaming down my face and I don't care if they'll see me crying over this.

"Let me clean your wounds Jayce, they're bleeding, endure it for a minute then you'll be okay." Aldus open his bag and take out a plastic box, first aid kit that I didn't know he had. Then I remember him studying medicine.

"Inhale exhale Jayce, be calm and don't look into your wounds okay?" I nodded and closed my eyes. I felt a hand wiping my tears and when I open my eyes, it was Aldus. He smiled into me making my hearts flutter.

"It's gonna be okay hmm?" I just stared into his beautiful eyes, and closed my eyes when I saw the cotton wool he's holding.

"Gosh Jayce, you look like a girl. It's just seems l—"

"Ouchh!" I couldn't help wincing when I felt the cotton wool with something that Aldus put in my wound.

"Fucking hurts!"

"It's okay Jayce. Sandali nalang." Kinagat ko ang pang-ibabang labi ko sa sakit na kumalat sa paa ko.

"Gosh!"

"Fucking shut up Scarlett! ouchh!" Aldus was putting band-aid to my wounds with something I guess is gauze.

When he's done I open my eyes and met his eyes again. I tried to stand quickly but my knee was too weak because of my injury and when I thought I'm gonna fall down hard on the ground. A hand grabbed me by the waist giving me chills down my spine, and fluttering my heart. Oh God!

Lavender scent made me look up only to see his eyes again. His handsome face is just an inch away from me again.

"Ehum!" I cleared my throat when I remember Scarlett is with us.

"Jayce, hindi ka makakapaglakad niyan." Sumulyap ako kay Scarlett na nagsasalamin at inaayos ang sarili. Tsk! girls.

I sheepishly smile to the man holding me and trying to stand but I can't, I only wince again when pains pierce through my knee and ankle as I move them.

"Goddamnit!" I curse under my breath looking to my injured knees. Damn! dapat pala hindi ako nag-short!

"Hey, ayos lang. Bubuhatin nalang kita." Lumaki ang mga mata ko sa sinabi niya, napalunok ako at bumilis na naman ang tibok ng puso ko. Sana hindi niya marinig!
