Omniscient pov:
Brianna sat in her room changing Bryson pamper as they watched paw patrol and prepared to go to Tamari house.
She had to work and couldn't find a babysitter so she decided to just let his dad have him.
"You ready to go see your daddy stinka? Huh you ready to see dada?" Brianna asked as she pulled his shorts up and he blew spit bubbles.
"Brianna I'm off to work did you find a babysitter?" Her mom asked walking inside her room.
"I'm just going to give him to his dad." She said as she grabbed his changing bag.
"Okay well I'll be home late so don't wait up I already made dinner it's some rice and steak out up I love you." Her mom said.
"I love you too." Brianna said and her mom left out.
Brianna grabbed her keys to her car and then picked up Bryson sitting him in his car seat.
"I'm so tired baby I might just let you rest at your daddy house." Brianna said leaving out of her room seeing Nijah and Q walking upstairs.
"Wassup bri." Q spoke.
"Hey." Brianna said as her and nijah made eye contact.
"Where you going with baby Bryson?" Q asked as the baby stared at them.
"I'm taking him to his daddy while I go to work." Brianna said.
"Cool well me and nijah about to chill and shit." He said and they walked down to his room.
Brianna made her way to Tamari house and ringing his front door making it swing open.
"Wassup." Brianna said smiling as she walked into Tamari house noticing glass was all on the floors.
"Wassup Brianna." He said sighing as Brianna walked to the kitchen taking the baby out of the Car seat.
"What happened to your house?" Brianna asked confused.
"Some shit went down with Kiara." He said and she nodded her head deciding to mind her business.
She didn't want to get into there relationship because she didn't want to seem jealous and bitter.
"Oh okay I hope y'all work it out." She said searching Bryson bag for his baby formula.
"I ain't working shit out fuck her if I see her again I'm going to kill that bitch." He said and Brianna didn't respond she just continued to look for his formula.
"Damn it I accidentally left his formula at home do you still have those cans I sent over last time?" Brianna said.
"I had to throw them away." He said.
"Tamari those was brand new cans I spent a lot of money on those cans I don't have it like that to be wasting shit." Brianna said getting upset.
"Well would you rather Bryson be dead?" Tamari asked her.
"What does that have to do with anything? What are you talking about?" Brianna asked him.
"Kiara put the washing powder stuff in each one of the cans and stirred it up to poison him so I beat her ass and kicked her out." He said and Brianna frowned.
"She was trying to kill my baby? He's a freaking baby what's wrong with her?" Brianna said kissing her baby.
She knew Kiara was up to something, ever since the zoo she was acting funny.
"Well you ain't got to worry about her no more she's gone for good." He said and Brianna nodded her head.
"Well I guess you are going to have to go get him some more formula." Brianna said.
"I don't got no problem with that, what time you coming to get him?" Tamari asked.
"I was hoping you could keep him, I never actually really let him spend the night and I can use a break for a day." Brianna said.
"That ain't no problem for me." Tamari said and she nodded her head.
"He has everything he needs he just needs his formula." Brianna said as she put Bryson back in his car seat.
"He falling asleep now anyways." She said and her and Tamari looked at the baby laughing.
"He always sleep." Tamari said and she nodded her head.
Having Bryson made her miss out on a lot of opportunities but she didn't regret him she loved her baby with everything in her.
"Let me walk you to the door." Tamari said.
"Mommy love you brybry." Brianna said kissing her baby then walking towards the front door with Tamari following.
"By the way I got that child support stuff turned off since you decided to be in your son life now I don't really believe it's a reason you should be on it." Brianna said and Tamari nodded his head.
"I still want to help you and my son out." Tamari said.
"You can help your son out I'm good I can take care of myself." Brianna said.
"But what if I want to take care of you?" Tamari asked her licking his lips.
"I have to get to work." She said walking towards the door but he grabbed her hand pulling her to him.
"I miss you Brianna you know that?" He asked her as he cornered her into the wall.
"I don't see you that way anymore Tamari we just have a baby." She lied.
She still loved Tamari but he made it obvious he wasn't going to ever be loyal so she was moving in.
"Stop the cap, you know you see me that way still feelings don't just fade like that."
"I love you Brianna don't you love me?" He asked putting his hands on each side of her.
"Tamari I have to get to work and your only saying all this because your trying to get me as your rebound for Kiara but I'm nobody's rebound." She said.
"If I wanted you as my rebound I wouldn't have kissed your ass at the zoo while I was dating Kiara."
"I don't care about that girl I want you and I want my son, y'all should just move in with me." He said and she stayed quiet as she stared at him.
Tamari grabbed her chin kissing her then pulling back looking at her.
"I can't give in." Brianna thought to herself and sighed.
"I'm sorry Tamari but I got to get to work I'll call you when I'm ready to pick up Bryson." Brianna said and Tamari moved out her way.
"Alright Brianna." He said sighing as she left out of the house.
She missed Tamari and as much as she wanted to jump all over him she knew she couldn't.
Everybody use to run over her and tell her what to do she refused to let it happen this time.
This time she came first.
