First of all yes. I did write the description, but it is how I truly feel I can describe my work.
Please note that everything written in this book is 100% original, with no help or influence from other people.
Also they aren't meant to be seen as political essays where I try to persuade you to think a certain way. That is not the intention at all, even if they do often touch on political and/or social issues. However I will say that if you find them opening up their eyes that would actually be really fulfilling for me.
feel free to send me prompts, I might not respond right away, but I will definitely at least write it down in my list of prompt ideas, and star it. It all just really depends on whether it really gets me interested and/or passionate about it enough.
Each part will begin with the prompt and classification of the piece. Please read them first. Here is a short glossary for terms used to classify the essay or poem:
Sketchbook: basically either a warm up for AP Lang, or an essay that is not planned out and basically follows my train of thought with no editing beyond spelling, punctuation and grammar mistakes, and the occasional realizing that something I wrote down might ever so slightly be seen as offensive or rude.
Narrative: An essay that is using a story to talk about the actual topic of the essay.
Freeform: a poem with no planning or format, and minimal editing that I write on the fly
Rant: an essay or paragraph where I just rant about whatever comes to mind.
Personal Narrative (PN): An essay where I talk about my own experiences in life, what I learnt, or used to talk about a topic.
