Context: I wrote this for school actually, and it's actually pretty old. I was 13 when I wrote this one, that's 4 years ago but I still like it.
Music is the sound of Joy, Love and Laughter
It's the sound of Pain, Rage and Anger
It's the sound of Emotions, Stories and Sounds
It's more than just an instrument and voice
So let me show you, music is much more
Music is a flower,
always in bloom
It attracts people to come near
And with many different varieties,
has no identical twin
Music tells stories, words cannot
Music paints pictures, that colors are beyond
It creates emotion, you've never felt strong
Music tells stories, books cannot
Music is sad, hurting and in pain,
It is also happy and laughing each day
It can be angry, disappointed and lost
It could be excited, in love and dancing
It can be any emotion you could feel,
Music can make you cry
It can make you laugh
It can make you get up and dance
Music has power greater than we know
Able to display thoughts and emotions,
Music is forever,
Never forgotten
Music can be found
in the emptiest places
