I really wanted to ask Billie if she wanted to be my girlfriend. But she has all this fame and her being gay could go all over the internet and people could cancel her. Her team wouldn't like it either. I mean I don't know if she's gay but I guess she likes me. I don't know something in my mind keeps telling me that she doesn't want me in that way. Only to be here for her to keep her happy and have sex with her. What's wrong with me. Why do I feel this way? Billie is not like that I know it for sure. I miss her. A lot. But she is working on some things right now. Probably new songs.
A doorbell ring distracts my thoughts. Billie. I hope it's Billie i really wanted to see her right now.
I open the door. It was Liah. The fuck is she doing here.
"Oh hi, what are you doing here?" I ask her
"Wow you can answer the door but you can't answer my texts?" She asks me
I sigh. She was right. I'm ignoring her since the party. I feel bad.
"Sorry" I look down "coming in?"
"Yeah duh what do you think I'm here for? To stand in front of your door?" She inhaled the smoke from her cigarette.
I sent her a weird look and stepped aside so she can come in. We go into my living room and sit down.
"Sorry can you not smoke in my house i don't want my house smelling like cigarettes" i say while she exhaled the smoke
"Oh" she looked at me "sorry" she stood up and threw it out of the window. She came back and sat on the couch
I sigh.
"Why are you always alone in this house?" She asked
"Oh my mom's in another city working and my sister lives with her boyfriend" i answer
"Dad?" She asked
"Um" should i tell her? Fuck it. "My dad broke up with my mom and left years ago i don't know where he is so yeah" i look down
"Oh shit... sorry" she apologises
"So you're here alone all the time?"
"Yup my sister comes to visit me time to time" i start playing with my fingers
"Cool" she looks around the house even tho she has been here like 2 times or something
"Want anything to eat or drink?"
She looked up at me and shook her head no.
"Okay" I sat down next to her.
"So what's up?"
"What happened to us? Why are you ignoring me all of a sudden? Since that party, you haven't been answering my texts" Liah asked me. I could see that she was pretty hurt.
"Sorry I'm doing stuff I'm not on my phone all the time" i lie.
"Like what? I think you can take some time just to answer me, bro"
Fuck Mia think fast.
"I'm studying for an exam" i lie again
"I don't think we have any exams right now"
Fuck.
"Look I'm sorry that thing that happened at that party-"
"I like you" she interrupted me
"Oh" I looked down. Shit, how do I tell her I'm in love with Billie?
"Don't you feel the same?" She looked into my eyes
"I don't know. Look I'm into somebody else"
