Annie disappeared once we all left the cabin. "Jeesh, where'd she run off to so quick?" I mumbled to Mikasa who just shrugged. A bunch of people were pouring into a huge cabin we assumed was the mess hall. After we grabbed our plates we noticed Eren and Armin, so we walked over to them and plopped down next to them. I was next to Eren while Mikasa sat next to me. Within only a few minutes a group of people had gathered around the four of us.

"Were you guys really living in Wall Maria when it happened??" Some baldish guy said with wide eyes. We all slowly nodded our heads.

"It was like an average day." I mumbled quietly.

"And then the Colossus Titan appeared." Eren said softly.

"Is it true that the Colossus stepped right over the wall??" Some girl with black hair in pigtails squeaked.

"Yeah I heard that too!" The bald kid said. Me and Eren chuckled slightly.

"Oh no no." I shook my head.

"He was big, but not that big." Eren said before he took a sip of his soup.

"So you guys saw real titans? What where they like?" Someone asked. I dropped my spoon as the memories quickly flooded my mind. Death...so much death... It was...terrible. I couldn't even save my family. I watched them all die, along with Eren's mother and so many others... I slowly looked over to Eren as he clutched his mouth, tears forming in his eyes.

"You guys I think that's enough. We don't need to make them relive it." The bald kid sighed, before looking at all of us. "But if I may ask, why'd you join up if you've already seen what they can do first hand?"

"Because I'm done sitting around and doing nothing. I'm going to kill them all." Eren growled as his face scrunched up in anger. There was a small chuckle from the other side of the room.

"You'll most likely end up as a snack." The voice said. We both glared in the direction it came from. A guy with light brown hair and dark brown underneath. He had beautiful brown eyes and a sly little smirk on his face. He was actually quite attractive, but...he almost reminded me of a horse with that long face of his.

"At least we're not trying to hide behind palace walls." I growled. I remember him from earlier, he was one of the ones determined to join the MP. His smirk faded as he stared into my burning emerald eyes.

"At least I'm not going to be Titan food." He smirked as Eren jumped up from his seat. The two quickly went head to head, glaring at each other.

"You're a coward!" Eren yelled as he glared daggers at the man, who returned his glare.

"No, I'm just not an idiot. You act all tough now-"

"Eren!" Me and Mikasa yelled at the same time.

"He isn't worth it." I mumbled as I glared at the man. He sighed and held out his hand to Eren.

"Hey, I'm sorry. I just got a bit worked up. No hard feelings?" He smiled sweetly. Eren simply shook his hand and turned around.

"Yeah, okay." He began walking away from the mess hall, causing Armin, Mikasa and I to follow after him.

"Uh-hey wait!!" The man ran up to me and Mikasa. "I-I've never seen anyone like you two, you're easily the most beautiful girls I've ever seen. Your hair's really nice." He gawked at the both is us.

"Thank you." Mikasa said before turning away. I simply rolled my eyes and did the same, but he grabbed onto my arm gently. I whipped my head around and glared at him. He gulped and quickly dropped my arm.
