Rhapsody

Chapter:- 19✧*。

Ella and Will woke up the next day wrapped up in each others arms as the day before. Though Lola served as a barrier in the first half of the night she rested near their feet by the morning and Will ended up spooning Ella. Well she couldn't complaint as she loved cuddles.

Ella had bought her dogs to Will's home the day before as Will had proposed she might move in with him already. So Ella had happily agreed. They had spent almost entire day fooling around with the five dogs and knowing about each other. Ella had decided to replace the kiss marks on Will's necks with hers and so, both of them sported red blotches on their necks. It was just perfect.

But today Ella had to leave for work as she had skipped it yesterday. Pushing up Will from his sleep was a tedious task. Not only did he refuse to get up, he also didn't allow Ella to leave the bed. So Ella kicked him hard and it worked.

The day at work went well. Life seemed a hundred times better and brighter for Ella than she had hoped for.

That was until she returned home to find the worst turn of events.

Ella was just approaching the house when she saw a jeep leave with dogs barking inside. Behind it another car rushed out. It was Will's car. It was no doubt it was his friend's gang again and this time they had taken with them Ella's dogs too. She would not leave them. She informed the local police station and asked them to immediately follow Will's car through his GPS.

Then she began chasing after them on her scooter. She lost them soon but she would not give up. Will's location pointed towards the jungle on the outskirts. When she reached the path, she could hear her dogs howling and followed their barks. When she thought they were close enough she began walking towards it. The sun was setting, she had to do it fast.

What she saw, left her speechless and teary. Will was tied to a pole with his hands and legs tightly secured and his chest was bare. Her dogs were caged in wooden boxes and Lola was held by her collar by a member of the gang.

"I'm going to kill you and your dog today and nobody will get to know a word about this. I should have killed this thing the day I found it mewling on the road. And we thought you were one of us. But you betrayed us by not only taking in that dog but also by going way ahead of us and making us feel inferior ", screeched Greg.

"Even I should have killed you that day when I found that you had kidnapped my Lola. Don't even dare to do anything to her or else. ….Ah!", Will shouted.  Greg was whipping him.  Soon everyone began throwing punches and kicks at him.

Even if Will didn't kill Greg, Ella would surely kill him. He didn't deserve to live.
