Rhapsody

Chapter:-14 ✧*。

Ella began approaching the gang after seeing Will sitting among them, but he was shooting a tensed smile which seemed forced. He was sweating and clearly uncomfortable. She knew she would have to be confident and make an appearance. When she finally reached the table inside, their eyes locked and she could see the once gloomy eyes of Will spark with something. She was mesmerized and was caught for a moment in those gorgeous eyes.

Suddenly hands began meandering around her waist and a horrible feeling of humiliation came crashing down on her. For someone who had not been to a single date before, it was a panicking situation which she didn't like.

"Oh cutie", slurred one of them. "Diamonds; I see, Will u got yourself a rich chick, I mean a rich bloated chick ", saying this they began to laugh. "But she's cute and has drool worthy curves. Oh look how she's frightened like a kitten. Maybe someone needs to  pet her so that she can behave just the way we want",…..crack , a loud sound erupted from the table and within a blink all eyes were on Ella. "Get your hands off me !", warned Ella. "What if I don't ? ", he said menacingly.

Just when Ella had raised her hand for another blow , he took her hand from mid-strike and began snaking it down his body, down and down it went until;......Ella's head was spinning , it was too much at once. Just when she thought that she had been tricked into a bad company of  brazen beings, a loud bang on the table brought her back to her senses. "Leave her alone . She's under my care", ordered a dark voice. 

"Oh see, who's raising their voice, Will- the-weeping-willow, everybody say, Will-the-weeping-willow", and surprisingly every single one of the group mates joined the disgustful act without a word.

A single tear rolled down Will's face but his fiery stare didn't waver for a second.

A sudden realisation hit Ella that she was not the only one who was worried about obloquy, but there were people who had to face it everyday. She was the worst that she stashed at her home for the fear of her insecurities while brave people like Will were fighting for themselves every single day instead of choosing the path of hiding. It was time to do something.

The slap waiting in her mind came crashing down her hand and crack !

Everything stopped.

The guy was lying flat at the feet of Will, his cheeks glowing like a puffer fish.

Ella stooped down and grabbed the boy by his collar. "Don't even think of taking advantage of good and polite people. They can become the demons haunting your dreams if needed. You all are not even worth the dust sticking to Will's feet right now , so don't even imagine of humiliating him. Apologize now!",ordered Ella.

"I see. Will has tricked you into his sweet-talks just like other girls. He's a playboy, he uses and throws away girls like customers use tissue papers. Let me tell you one thing, there's just one name Will truly  loves , and that name is …..", just when he was about to say further Will yanked the boy by the back of his collar and dragged him towards the rest room.

"What's your problem Greg, I have done as you said . I brought the girl I liked in front of you all and you have already insulted her in numerous ways. Now it's time for you to keep your promise", said Will.

"The show's just begun my friend, and moreover your part was not to act as her shield but to deliver the final blow to her confidence, which you have not even started yet", smirked Greg.

"When all of this is over I swear I'll kill you and your filthy gang, you scum", Said Will.

"You know what will happen to your beloved dog, Lola if you don't follow our instructions , don't you ? We were your friends but you handed us over to the cops and took that furry thing under your care. You have ruined our lives and now it's our turn to ruin yours and Lola's life forever!", laughed Greg.

"Don't even dare to touch Lola. Or else you will never see your hands again",said Will.

"Then you must do as I say", smirked Greg. "You are nothing but a mere puppet of my hands",saying this Greg grabbed the hand of a passing girl and made her stand in front of Will.          

"What's going on? Who are you? Leave me or I will scream", said the girl.

"Don't worry. Just do as I say. You have a simple task. Unbutton your collar Will", said Greg. "What's this sick joke, Greg ?", asked Will.

Turning to the girl Greg said ,"You just have to kiss his neck and make sure you leave your mark there. Be generous in your offer. You can leave as many marks as you please." Saying this Greg's eyes twinkled with perversity.

The girls eyes widened with shock. "Why would I do that? My partner is waiting for me. I have to return and..", began the girl.

"Just do as you are told. We are just playing a game. Nobody will get to know a word about this ", assured Will and began unbuttoning his collar.
