A/N I hope you enjoy Book 2!

Lucy's POV

It was summer vacation, one night a group of wizards that included the real Alastor Moody had payed Severus and I a visit. They talked about how they needed him at "headquarters." I was a bit confused by this and was about to ask what they were talking about, when Severus ordered me to pack a bag and then come downstairs again.

I put some spare clothes, my wand and a few books into a backpack and also grabbed Panther on the way down.

"We will go get Harry now, you two can apparate there." A woman with purple hair told my father and then they all disappeared.

"What's going on?" I asked once I had reached the bottom of our stairs.

"I don't have time to explain now, take my arm." I did as he said and we appeared in front of a building.

"Your friends should be upstairs, please stay there until Mrs Weasley will call you down for dinner." Severus told me when we entered. I tilted my head in confusion, but he headed straight for the door at the end of the hallway.

While walking up the stairs I was thinking what this could possibly be about, I hope Severus can explain later.

I reached the top of the stairs and saw Harry was standing there too, Hermione spotted me and engulfed me in a hug. Ron was also there, but no sign of Terence or Jennie.

"What is this place?" Harry asked after he also gave me a hug, clearly as confused about the situation as I was.

We all took a seat on a couch and Ron explained that this was the headquarters for the Order of the Phoenix.

"They are a secret society that was formed by Dumbledore while they fought you know who for the first time." Hermione added.

This must be where Severus is coming in as a double agent, but why didn't they let me join in on what they were doing downstairs? I mean, I will be a double agent too once Voldemort learns about my existence which I assume will be very soon. I couldn't tell anybody in the room about this of course.

Out of nowhere, I felt a pair of hands on my shoulder. I spun around to see Fred standing there with a smirk. To my right where Harry was sitting, George was there too. They must have apparated into the room.

"You gave me a fright." I jokingly pouted and hit Fred on the arm.

"Kids, dinner is served!" I heard Molly's voice calling us form downstairs. Fred and George just apparated down, I was jealous of them because they didn't have the trace anymore and could use magic as much as they wanted outside of Hogwarts.

We all walked into the room and there were the same wizards that had visited Severus and I earlier today. Lupin and Sirius were also there. Sirius looked a whole lot better than he did the last time I saw him.

"Snape is part of the order?" Harry asked in a confused tone. I wanted to comment, but decided to let it go. I knew he was suspicious of my dad, I couldn't blame him. He knew about his past as a death eater.

Sirius got up from his seat and engulfed Harry into a big hug. I wanted to go over and sit next to my dad, but he already got up and asked me to follow him outside quickly.

"I'll be right back guys." I announced and followed Severus out.

"I'm sorry I couldn't explain earlier." Severus started. "At first I was thinking that you should maybe become a part of the order, but I decided it would be best if you didn't because Potter and your other friends would surely interrogate you until you spill what was said in the meetings. That being said, you probably wonder if they know I am a double agent. The answer is no and they will also not find out you are one either."

I sighed, all of this was really going to be so complicated. Soon enough I will have to go to Death Eater meetings with Severus and then go back to my friends and pretend like that never happened.

"Okay, I understand." I said.

He gave me a small smile and I returned it. "You aren't staying for dinner?" I asked.

He shook his head and looked down for a second. Most people wouldn't notice this, but after living with Severus for this long I could look past his stone cold exterior and read his emotions easily. He was sad.

"I was summoned by the dark lord tonight. I will have to tell him about you. You know what this means, right?"

I nodded. "Eventually he will want me to come to those meetings too."

I gave Severus a long hug, I really didn't want to let go and I could tell he didn't either. I knew this had to be done though, if he didn't tell Voldemort about me and that I share his ideology he will kill me and Severus if he ever finds out about my existence. It was too dangerous to keep me a secret.
