Lucy's POV
One day I felt my arm burning again. I was called to a death eater meeting, so Jennie and I stopped in the middle of our training and headed to Malfoy Manor.
"You must act quickly." Voldemort said to us as we entered the dining room. He looked weakened and was clutching his sides, did that mean another Horcrux had been destroyed?
"Harry Potter was spotted on the back of a dragon escaping Gringotts, dragons are your speciality aren't they? Go and find the boy, convince him of you two being on his side." He ordered.
That's right, the dark lord was still under the impression Harry thought I was willingly a death eater and betrayed him. This would also be a good chance to see if anyone got seriously injured by Bella's dagger.
"We will be on our way right this instant my lord and will report our findings back to you." I took a bow and hurried out, sending red sparks up in the air three times.
In no time, Shadow came flying down and landed in front of us. I mounted the dragon and held out my hand for Jennie to grasp and also climb on.
We took off into the sky and I felt her clinging on to me tightly as we scanned the skies and along the sea to try and find where Harry and that Dragon could be.
All of a sudden I heard a roar from Shadow, he must have spotted the other dragon with his good eyesight. He dove down from the clouds and zoomed towards a Dragon that was almost three times his size. It was completely white and had chains wrapped around it. When we got close to the dragon, I saw how some of those chains were so deep in his skin that they almost seemed stuck there.
I think Shadow must have signalled to the dragon to take a landing, because he turned around and I saw the massive beast carrying Ron, Hermione and Harry follow us. We landed on a cliffside that had tall grass on it, the wind was quite strong up here.
I dismounted and ran over to the dragon before acknowledging the people on top of it. I placed my hand gently on its snout and with Shadows help of purring at it, the dragon seemed to trust me. It did seem weary of Harry, Hermione and Ron, but I think Shadow helped a great deal to distract it.
"You guys can jump off." I called up to my friends. Hermione and Ron were dressed in clothes I had never seen them wear before, but I didn't question it.
The Dragon stalked towards the three, sending a breath of fire their way but Shadow blocked it with a flame of his own that I quickly commanded him to make with a hand signal. The large white dragon stared at me with its white eyes, then took a few steps back and sat down.
"He's mental that Dragon his." Ron picked up Hermione who had fallen over from the shock of almost being hit by a flame.
"She." I corrected Ron with a giggle, looking at the white dragon. I could tell she was beautiful, even under all those chains and with all of those injuries.
"We destroyed another Horcrux." Harry said, panting. He ran towards me and enveloped me in a hug "I always knew you wouldn't fall for joining the dark side, I'm sorry your dad dragged you into this mess."
I tried not to show too much emotion and just thanked him. I looked down at his hand. "Harry, whose wand is that?" I asked, recognising it from somewhere.
"It is Draco's, well was. Ollivander told me it changed its allegiance to me." Harry explained.
"I see." Was all I could get out before the white dragon began seeming a bit uneasy.
Ron and Hermione looked scared of it, so I decided it would be best we left and took the dragon with us.
"I think we should go now, you try and destroy more Horcruxes. Jennie and I are taking cover in a forest and hiding from everyone, we'll take the dragon with us." I announced and walked over to the creature.
"A Ukrainian Ironbelly." I muttered and marvelled at the creature. With a spell, all of its wounds were healed but the chains were enchanted so I couldn't get them off.
"When will we see you again?" Harry called after us as I mounted Shadow.
"I'm not sure." I called back and with a wave, we were off the ground. The other dragon immediately followed us and we decided to first head to the forest before reporting back to the dark lord.
It didn't take much time, we had a smooth landing right at the area where I usually trained.
"You are safe here." I said to the white dragon. "Shadow, you look after her."
I took a hold of Jennie's arm and we apparated to Malfoy Manor. The dark lord had been waiting there for us and looked pleased when we entered. The room looked horrible, the whole floor was filled with blood that splattered against our ankles as we walked. Several people and goblins were laying dead on the ground. A nasty bloodbath must have taken place here while we were gone.
"He is fully convinced we are on his side, my lord." I spoke and Jennie and I bowed in unison.
"Good, now the plan can unfold." He strode over to me through the river of blood, placing his ice cold hand on my cheek. "We can not allow ourselves any more mistakes."
I could sense something in him which I didn't think I ever would, he was nervous. Probably because very little Horcruxes remained. Nagini was surely the most difficult one to kill, seeing that she is always at his feet. He also had a lot of anger in him, that explained the mass murder that must have been a result of his outburst of anger towards another part of his soul being destroyed.
He whispered something to the snake in parseltongue, then looked up at me and grinned.
"You will be going to Hogwarts very soon, my plan will most certainly work."
