My palms were pressed deep into my eye socket as I took a deep breath. The sun streamed through my curtains. I already knew Louis was still asleep by the sound of his breathing. The blanket was pulled up to my chin. A pounding headache forced me to get up and get some medicine.

I could not fall asleep last night, I had a feeling that something had happened last night with Louis, and he got so drunk to either avoid everyone or avoid whatever happend. I was worried about him, he isn't a big drinker. We still are underage. Jesse called everyone who was drunk taxied home and made everyone leave.

I was glad he did that, I was exhausted and didn't have the energy to party anymore. I turned over onto my other side and saw Louis sound asleep on his side now facing me. His hair was a mess and he still wore the same clothes he had on yesterday. I felt a little disoriented, I was slightly hungover myself. Part of me wanted to wake Louis and find out what had gone on, but I knew that I couldn't. He needed to sleep.

A part of me also wondered if Chris actually liked Jessa and that's why they were making out or if he was just wasted. I was hoping that they actually liked each other they would be cute, but then getting at it last night was just disgusting.

I jumped out of my own skin as my phone rang abnosouly loud. I jumped and tried to find it. I scrambled out of bed and into my purse. I didn't want to wake Louis. Finally when I reached it in the front pocket I ran and answered the call out in the hall.

"Hello?" I whispered trying to close the door as softly as I could. Louis haven't moved an inch.

"Mrs Blake?" A mans voice spoke. Great more questions.

"This is she." I walked down the stairs crossing my arms over my chest. There had to be a window open or something because it was freezing.

"We have a little more questions to ask you." I felt a bit distracted, I tried to find what window was open and what time it was. Sure enough the back door to the backyard was wide open.

I thought that I locked it? Why was it open? I just shook my head and closed it. My arms crossed over my chest tightly, the tank top and shorts that I had on left my body freezing.

"Your brother Jasper he had died while in surgery correct?" I gulped

"Yes."

"Humph... on his file it says that he checked out of the hospital one month later. It was February the first at Ten-thirty-two p.m." What? No that had to be wrong. He wasn't alive! I knew that for a fact he's Barrie's underground along with my dad and mom.

The accident happened in January and I moved in with the Tomlinsons in March now it's October the twenty ninth. Why are they finding this out now?

"No! That's a mistake! That's impossible that would mean-" He would be alive.

" He would be alive.'' He finished my thought.'' It seems as if someone has broken in to the files we are missing a page from his ca- you know what why don't you come down here. We have a of questions and information to ask you." Oh no! I was so done with all of thees questions my family's accident happened in January, I was still grieving and trying to move on! They keep harassing me with questions.

"No! Listen to me! That's impossible! Stop calling me. I never want to hear from you again." And with that I hung up and slammed my phone down onto the counter. He's not alive, I knew that for a fact. He was buried on January twenty eighth. They were wrong. I leaned forward onto the counter. My hands gripped the granite. The only thing heard was my heavy breathing. I squeezed my eyes shut before opening them again.

"Who was that?" I jumped and immediately turned around. Louis stood a foot away from myself, his eyes were squinting and his hair was a sexy mess. His navy blue shirt was unbuttoned all the way down and he had on shorts. He completely startled me.
