"Holy shit! I just went water skiing, Louis can you believe I just did that! That was awesome!" It really was, the wind that blew through my hair and the way the waves rippled around me, was incredible.

"I'm so proud of you, you did it!" I helped Louis push the boat back to shore. He smiled in my direction he really was proud of me and it felt good. I couldn't believe that I actually did it. Six months ago I would have never agreed to do that. I felt free. Louis tied the rope to his boat and pulled me. The ski's were tight against my ankle's. I felt safe with the life vest that was snug on my chest.

"We have to go out to eat to celebrate my treat." Louis tied the boat to the dock. I smiled and nodded excited. He looked so good. His tan body glowed in the sun. His arms were flexed as he tied his boat to the dock. His hair was gel-ed back and I've always wanted to run my fingers through. He was focusing so hard on tying the knot. The lines on his for head were visible and his brows scrunched up together like they always did. The small waves crashed at our ankles. The water was cool as ice but felt refreshing

It was rare that just Louis and I got to hang out. I loved talking to him, he was like me. He got me and understood how I felt if I was upset. I would have never agreed to go water skiing six months ago, I've always been that scaredy cat little girl and I feel like Louis brought me out of my shell.

When I actually got the hang of the water skiing And the wind blew threw my hair, I felt like a new person. Like the real Shaileen Blake. Once he got the knot tied. His arms fell at his sides and he stood up straight. His eyes looked into mine.

''Ready?'' He asked it was the first time he had talked.

I nodded and gave him a smile. I walked through the water and onto the wet sand it stuck to the bottom of my foot. My hair was falling from it's pony tail. We were quiet walking back to the house. I loved how you could see the boardwalk which was about a block away. It was almost dark, the sun was just starting to set. The lights on the Ferris Wheel where bright and you could see it moving around.

''You know, I've never been on the Ferris Wheel ?'' I kicked the sand with my feet. I really hopped I put on enough sunscreen. My pale skin cant do being burnt.

''You've never been on the Ferris Wheel ? Oh my god. I'm taking you! They have this ride there called the log flume and it's my favorite.'' He answered.

''I'm going to guess you get wet on that ride?'' His lips were formed into a smile that never seemed to go away.

''Yes, Felicity hates that one because she claims it messes up with her hair.'' He rolled his eyes.

I felt my stomach flip in my abdomen. Hanging out with Louis was fun but also nerve-racking. He always pushed me to do things and yes, I need that but I didn't want him to be disappointed if I really wasn't comfortable. He made me nervous. I felt a bit embarrassed that I had never been on a Ferris wheel. We never traveled much growing up. We had a hard time paying our rent and I never asked to go on vacation, I knew that my parents needed it more. Somehow though we always had a great Christmas. My grandmother helped out so much. She helped up pay our rent and helped with Christmas and birthday's. But when she died, my father had to figure out himself how to save money.

I didn't realize that we were here. The Tomlinson house was up high. A tall staircase led to the front door. Under the stairs were the showers. My feet were all sandy as well as my legs.

"You can use the outdoor shower, I'll bring you a towel." Louis unlocked the door to the shower door. I had sand all over me and I'm not sure Jay wants a sand all over her carpet.
