3. Another Alpha

"Good morning class," Aizawa said in his usual tired voice. "I have an announcement to make."

The class settled down from their previous chatter. There had been rumours of a new student in the hero department and everyone wanted to know if it were true. Kaminari's leg was bouncing with excitement to know what this announcement was going to be.

"You all may have heard the rumours floating around about a new student and-"

"Is there Mr. Aizawa? Is there?" Mina asked jumping out of her seat and leaning over her desk excitedly.

"Mina," Aizawa said pinching the bridge of his nose. "I don't care how excited you are, we talked about this you need to stay in you're seat."

"Sorry sir," she said sitting back down.

"Back to the announcement, yes there is a new student," Aizawa said. Immediately the class broke out into a chatter. He held up a hand and the class fell silent. "Come in," he called to the door.

A head of poofy black hair poked into the class with a wide smile.

"Introduce yourself then get to know everyone we have a free period for being ahead of schedule," Aizawa said getting into his sleeping bag and going to lay down in the corner.

"Hello, I'm Takahashi Aki, it's nice to meet you all," Takahashi said with a smile. "I hope we can all get along well!"

"Hello Takahashi," Iida said standing up and bowing making some of the others in the class giggle. "I am the class representative of 1-A Iida Tenya and it nice meeting you."

If Shinso was being honest he got strange vibes from her. He didn't know what it was he just knew she seemed way too nice and perky.

Takahashi found her seat at the back of the class near Shinso and decided to strike up a conversation since there was a free period. "Hi what's your name?" She asked.

"Shinso Hitoshi," he said.

Before anything further could be said between the two the very excited green-haired omega had come up to them and asking about Takahashi's quirk.

Shinso jumped when he felt hands wrapped around him from behind but eased when he realized it was Kaminari. "What are you doing?" He asked when he felt Kaminari nuzzle his face into his neck. Shinso wasn't complaining though, he thought it was cute.

Kaminari just hummed acknowledging the question but not answering. For some reason, he was feeling really tired and though he was excited about having a new classmate he just wanted to be with his boyfriend.

Kaminari listened in to the conversation Takahashi was having with his other classmates about her quirk.

"I can control liquids," she said doing a small demonstration as she pulled the moisture out of the air and making three marble-sized balls of water circle above her hand. "And not just water, as long as it's in a liquid state I can control it, granted the thicker the substance the harder it is to control."

"That's awesome!" Midoriya said a few of their classmates agreeing.

"Tsk it's not that cool," Bakugo said propping his feet up on his desk.

"Kat, be nice," Kirishima said.

"Ya Kat, be nice," Mina said in a mocking tone.

"Bakugo's gonna blow up the class at this rate can we leave?" Kaminari asked.

Shinso thought for a moment, it was a spare class, why not. "Sure," he said getting up. Kaminari didn't want to let go but knew that it would be uncomfortable to walk like that.

The two slipped out of class and Kaminari began to notice Shinso was acting slightly off. "What wrong?" The omega asked intertwining their fingers as they headed outside.

"Nothing's wrong," Shinso said looking over at Kaminari.

"You're making that face, you only make it when you're upset or confused," Kaminari pointed out. Shinso had no idea he had a particular expression he made when feeling conflicted but Kaminari had picked up on it.

"Takahashi's giving me weird vibes," Shinso admitted as they exited the school and went around to the side.

"Weird vibes? How?" Kaminari asked looking up at him confused. They sat against the school, Kaminari's head resting on Shinso's shoulder still holding his hand.

Shinso thought for a moment, he didn't know why she just did. "I don't know, maybe it's because she's new? Or an alpha that I don't know? I mean we just got back together. Maybe I'm a little worried she's gonna somehow steal you away from me?" Shinso tried putting his feelings into words though they didn't exactly sound right when he said them.

"Well I don't think you have to worry," Kaminari said. "I only have eyes for you." He looked up at Shinso and smiled. "There's nothing to worry about."

"God that's cheesy," Shinso said smiling down at the omega. Kaminari lent up and kissed him sweetly on the lips and immediately Shinso kissed back.

It lasted only a few seconds before they pulled away. "I'm cheesy? You brought me to a cat cafe on our first date," Kaminari laughed.

Shinso kissed him again. "It was the guy's idea."

"Wow not even your idea," Kaminari laughed again.

"Have I ever told you how cute your laugh is?" Shinso asked. Kaminari's cheeks went beet read and hid his face in Shinso's shoulder.

"Stooooooop," Kaminari whined.

Shinso just laughed planting a small kiss on Kaminari's forehead. "Why should I?" He asked, to which the omega responded with a string of incoherent mumbles and whines making Shinso laugh again. He didn't know what he did to deserve Kaminari, he had messed up so badly and yet he had been forgiven. He would never understand, though no complaints were coming from the alpha as he ran a hand through his boyfriend's hair who's head has slipped onto his lap instead of his shoulder.

If they didn't have more classes that day Shinso and Kaminari would have probably stayed there the rest of the day in their perfect world. Just the two of them. Nothing to get in the way or split them up. But sadly time flew by and they had classes to continue.
