In the bakery, Marin stepped in the back with his dad.

Tom: Okay. Are you ready to get started on some fruit tarts?

Marin: Yep. So how many are we doing?

Tom: The catering amount.

Marin: So a lot?

Tom: Yep.

Marin: Okay.

Tom: Okay. We're doing mini tarts, we gotta make the crust top. First, we'll need a muffin or a cupcake pan, non-pan spray, a clean mixing bowl, flour, powdered sugar, and salt.

Marin: All that for tarts?

Tom: Yes. All this for tarts. Plus a food processor. *He got the food processor out from under the pantry. * Good thing I saved this. *He plugged it in through an outlet on the wall. *

Marin: So what's the food processor for?

Marin: So what's the food processor for?

Tom: Just for flour, powdered sugar, and salt. You know, the dry ingredients. *He gets a measuring cup for measuring the dry ingredients. He poured half a cup of flour, half a cup of powdered sugar, and half a teaspoon of salt, he closed the lid and turned the food processor on and all the dry ingredients were mixed. * Marin, turn the oven on to 375°F. *Marin goes to the oven and turns the oven on to 375°F. * Thank you. Now we add 1/2 a cup of cold butter.
