In the bakery, Marin and Mylene are in the kitchen with Tom and they're gonna make some cheese cake.
Tom: Okay, we're gonna make some cheesecake for the wedding. Here's what we're gonna do first. We gonna make the graham cracker crust. First, we're gonna put the graham crackers in the food grinder. *He opened one pack of honey graham crackers and put them in the grinder, he turned it on and watched the graham crackers grind into pieces and he stopped the machine and poured the graham crackers into a mixing bowl. * Next, measure out 1 cup of sugar. *Mylene gets the sugar and a measuring cup measures it out and pours the sugar into the bowl. * Thank you. Add melted butter. Marin, heat the butter for 30 seconds. *Marin opens a stick of butter, puts it in a clear glass bowl, and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds. It went beep and got it out, there's a little melted butter. * Hmm. Try 45 seconds.

Marin: Okay. *He put the bowl back in the microwave put it in for 45 seconds and let more butter melt. After that, the butter has completely melted. * The butter is melted.

Tom: Good. Melted butter should help make the graham crackers hold together. Without it, the crust would be all over the place. *He poured the warm butter into the bowl and they mixed them Tom got the 9-inch spring form pan, got the non-stick spray pan, and sprayed it on the pan. * Okay, now it's time to push the crust down. *They get the graham cracker crust press it down on the pan and spread it too. * Okay. Good. Now we'll let the crust cook for 7 minutes. Could someone set the timer for 7 minutes? *He opened the oven and the oven was already heated up to 350° he put the crust in the oven and let it heat up, he closed the oven door too and Marin started the timer. * We'll let the crust eat up in the meantime, let's get the stuff ready for the filling. *They get the sour cream, sugar, pure vanilla extract, and lemon juice for the filling, Tom gets a mixing bowl and spoons ready. In Ruth's diner, Marinette and Luka are done with their lunch, pay the bill, and leave the diner. *
