In the back of the bakery, everyone is ready to make some cannolis.

Sabine: Okay, are you all ready to make some cannolis?

Marin: Yes.

Mylene: Yes.

Nino: Mm-hmm.

Sabine: Good. Let's get the ingredients we need for the cannolis. I divided the stuff we needed for the shells and filling. We'll be doing the shell first, we need unbleached all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, salt, unsalted butter, and Marsala wine...

Marin: Marsala wine?

Sabine: Something that adds flavor to the shell, I don't know. What else? Yes, egg and egg white, and vegetable oil. That's the stuff for the cannoli shells. Would you all get those things for me?

Mylene: Sure, Sabine. *They get the stuff for the cannoli shells, Sabine goes over the ingredient list and puts it in a dry place so it won't get dirty. Up front, Luka helped with loading up the muffins in a box and sealed it shut, he lent it to Tom. *

Tom: Thank you, Luka.

Luka: You're welcome. *Soon, the phone rang. Luka goes to the phone and answers it. * Dupain-Cheng bakery, how can I help you?

???: (through the phone) I would like one coconut cream pie and a dozen strawberry macaroons, please. *Luka wrote it down. *

Luka: (on the phone) Okay, who am I making this out to?

???: (through the phone) Oh. My name is Hayley, this is for a sister's bat mitzvah.

Luka: (on the phone) A Bat Mitzvah, okay. And what's the address?

Hayley: (through the phone) At the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. *Luka wrote the address down. *

Luka: (on the phone) Okay. And that'll be 12 euros.

Hayley: (through the phone) Okay. *Luka hangs up. *

Tom: What do we get?

Luka: (reading the order on the notepad) A coconut cream pie and 12 strawberry macaroons.

Tom: For a Bat Mitzvah?

Luka: That's what the order is.

Tom: I'll prep it, you got the address and the person who ordered that stuff?

Luka: Yeah.

Tom: Okay. *He got the two orders. Then the phone rang again, and he answered it. *

Luka: (on the phone) Dupain-Cheng bakery, how can I help you? *He listens to the caller and writes to down on the order notepad. * Okay. What's the address? *He listens again as he writes down the address. * And one more thing: who is this order for? *He listens again and writes down the name of the caller. * Okay, and that'll be 15 euros. Thank you. *He hung up the receiver and went to Tom, he put the coconut cream pie in a small box and sealed it with a sticker. And he gets another box and fills it with 12 strawberry macaroons. *
