Plagg's advice and apology

In the bedroom, Adrien was both mad and sad about what happened.

Adrien: Why did I say that? I just... don't know why.

Plagg: If I may interject?

Adrien: Go right ahead. I need to hear it.

Plagg: You're being too harsh.

Adrien: What?

Plagg: She's trying to make you happy and understanding, but it's not the end of the world for you.

Adrien: You don't know that, Plagg. What could you possibly know what's been going on with my life?

Plagg: Everything at least. You were a sad boy who has no mother, a father who barely has time for you, you have friends who care for you, and a wife who loves you and care for since day 1. So yeah, I know more than you in your life. You hurt her, you know that.

Adrien: I didn't touch her, all I did was broke a vase and maybe threatened her. But I'm sure she's over it.

Plagg: Kid, you know nothing of romance. No wonder you couldn't get a girlfriend back in high school. I'm trying to help you before you lose the only person who love and cared for you over the years. If you keep this up, you're gonna lose her and I'm not gonna help you on this one.

Adrien: Okay. Maybe I have been going a bit harsh on her. Just don't know how I can't control myself.

Plagg: Try apologizing and maybe it'll get better.

Adrien: I hope... *Soon, Marinette's phone buzzed. * Why is her phone buzzing? *He picked it up. *

Plagg: Oh noooooo. Don't tell me you're gonna check her phone.

Adrien: She's not gonna notice. *He looks at it and it's a message from Luka. * What does this punk want? *He opens the message that says "Meet me at the fountain, I have something for you." * Oh no, she is not going to him. And I'm going to make sure of it too. *He get up and go to Marinette. Marinette's the kitchen and prep up dinner. * Honey?

Marinette: Yes?

Adrien: Before I ask you something, I just wanna say... I'm sorry for what I said.

Marinette: It's alright.

Adrien: No, it's not alright. I hurt you.

Marinette: But you didn't.

Adrien: Yes I did. I promise I will never do it again.

Marinette: Okay. If you do it again, this will lead to a divorce.

Adrien: Nonononono, don't leave me.

Marinette: Fine. You're forgiven.

Adrien: Listen. Luka seem to text you.

Marinette: Oh, let me see...

Adrien: Not yet. Just answer this one question. Is there something going on between you two?

Marinette: Nothing. I saw him at the cafe and he's doing okay.

Adrien: Look. I know you had a thing for him years ago and you gave it away to be with me. I just don't want you to be around him.

Marinette: He's my friend. You can't just tell em who I can and can't talk to. I thought you two were friends.

Adrien: We was friends, but not anymore. I don't like you when you're with him. Can you just promise to never see or talk to him?

Marinette: Sorry, Adrien. I can't make that promise. You need to learn to trust me when I'm with my friends. *Adrien starts to scowl a little bit and he starts to look sad. *

Adrien: Fine. Talk to him. But one slip up from him and I am forbidding you to see him.

Marinette: You're not my dad. Gimme. *He lent her her phone and she look at the message from Luka. *

🐍: Meet me at the fountain, I have something to tell you.

Marinette: I gotta go.

Adrien: Where are you going?

Marinette: To see Luka.

Adrien: I'm going with you.

Marinette: No you're not. Stay here and keep an eye on the food. *Adrien grunted and scowled too. *

Adrien: Fine. *Marinette gets her purse and leaves the house. *
