you: i like these ones! lets go pay now.

vin: okay baby.

we walk over to the cash register and vinnie pays for my candles and we walk out.

vin: do you wanna go out to eat?

you: no, not really.

vin: are you just saying that so i don't have to pay for anything else?

you: no! i just don't feel like getting dressed or eating.

vin: well your going to eat.

you: sure, but hollywood fix is right there so stay calm.

vin: oh my fucking god.

he grabs my hand and holds it right.

hf: soo, happy birthday y/n!

you: thank you so much!

hf: so, what did you do today?

you: i got my nails done and i got some candles ive been wanting for a while.

hf: did you do anything special?

you: nope, just got a few gifts this morning. but im very happy.

vinnie squeezes my hand and he starts to play with his fingers.

hf: thank you for your time, have an amazing birthday!

you: thank you!

i smile and vinnie and i walk off. he lets out a loud sigh.

you: are you okay?

vin: yeah, im just trynna figure out what else to do for you for your birthday.

you: you dont have to do anything. lets just get back too the dorm and we can-

vin: we can go too game stop! we can get you a few games.

you: oh, okay!

we get in the car and the game stop isn't far from here. there wasn't one in the mall, i dont know why but i guess there wasnt any room.

you: i like this game! i see YouTubers play it all the time.

vin: that one is hard, i hope you know how to play.

you: i used to watch my dad and brother play all the time. im a pro.

i smile and vinnie chuckles. i give the game for him to hold and i start looking at more games. i see a game that my dad used to play and i start reading the back of it so i actually know what its about. i turn around and see vinnie coming over too me with a smile on his face.

vin: you want that one?

you: yeah, my dad used to play this a lot.

vin: whatever makes you happy babe.

i smile a little and i walk over too the cash register. there was this girl behind the desk eyeing vinnie. and i mean in a flirty way. i mean she was pretty but does she like not know...

girl: is that all?

vin: mhm.

he pulls out his card and he notices that the girl is eyeing him twirling her hair.

vin: babe, you want anything else?

you: no, thanks though.

i smile and he puts his hand around my waist so the girl can back off. she widens her eyes and starts acting normal. she better, like i know he's hot as hell but damn! he gives me my games and we walk back to the car.
