"And all four of them are technically still teenagers?" Nezu, the principal of UA Highschool, asks the detective in front of him.

"Dabi turns 19 in three weeks, but yeah. Shigaraki is 18. And Toga and the Bakugou kid are both 16." Tsukauchi says. "Why...?"

"I'm sure Toshinori has mentioned the villain rehabilitation program?" Nezu asks.

"No." Tsukauchi says, eyes wide as saucers.

"Yes indeed." Nezu nods his head. "The four of them could admit at UA. Toga and Bakugou would be in Class 1-A. And I'll put Dabi and Shigaraki with Class 3-A. I doubt those two want to be heroes, but to keep an eye on them, it'd be best to keep them with the hero course."

"Oh god." Tsukauchi sighs. "I don't even think they'll want to." Tsukauchi goes into explaining what Toga had told him.

"We might be able to change their minds a bit. Show them that not all heroes are bad." Nezu says. "Please move them to a room they can all fit in. I want to talk to them as a group."

"Is that such a good idea? Putting them together? I mean, Dabi and Shigaraki together are two of the most wanted villains in Japan." Tsukauchi says.

"You and your officers can protect us. And they've got those quirk cancelling cuffs on them, right?" Nezu asks, eliciting a nod. "Great then! Let's start!"

"Katsuki!" Toga rushes forward and tries a hug, but remembers that her hands are cuffed. She pouts and looks at Shigaraki and Dabi. "What happened to the others?"

"Kurogiri and Atsuhiro are at Tartarus. Spinner was knocked out, so he's in the hospital." Shigaraki says, leaning against the wall.

"And Twice?" Bakugou asks.

"That dam detective said he was... was in bad condition. They still haven't heard from the doctors." Shigaraki says, looking down.

Toga gasps and puts one of her hands over her mouth in shock. Tears started welling in her eyes and a string of curses leave Dabi's mouth while Bakugou stays quiet, to shocked to speak.

"I see they gave you your hearing aids back." Shigaraki says.

"Yeah." Bakugou says with a small nod of his head. "Dabi you saw him last. What do you think?"

"He was hurt badly. I saw them bringing him away. Broke some guys leg and another's arms trying to get back to him. Left another burned and gave a few black eyes to the police trying to get out." Dabi sighs. "I don't..." He looks at Toga. "Hey Toga." She looks up through tear-filled eyes. "I'm sure he's gonna be okay, alright? He's strong and stubborn."

"Yeah." She says with a nod.

"They care for eachother." Tsukauchi says. "I thought Shigaraki was just wondering if he still had followers he could count on but..."

"Of course. They're villains, but they're not heartless." Nezu says. "I'm gonna go in now." He moves aside and walks into the room. The four look over at the door, and then down at Nezu.

"It's a rat." Bakugou says.

"It's the principal of UA." Shigaraki says. "What are you? An idiot?"

"I'm smarter than you." Bakugou scoffs.

"What do you want?" Dabi interrupts the twos banter.

"I want to discuss where you four will go." Nezu says. He motions to Bakugou and Toga. "You two are still both minors. And you two, if you were in highschool, would be third years."

"Thanks for pointing out the obvious." Shigaraki rolls his eyes. "Now what do you want?"

"I want to make an offer to your four." Nezu says. "Of attending UA Highschool. Toga and Bakugou, you would be joining Class 1-A. Most likely to try and be heroes. And Shigaraki and Dabi would join Class 3-A. Though, not to become heroes. Just so that you are around heroes. I'll give you some time to talk it over with eachother."
