Y/N POV
"He should be here soon." I looked at my phone 5 am

"Why'd we have to wake up so early." I groaned but I was happy for the beach.

I sat down on my couch and look outside my window it was still pretty dark, the moon looked so breathtaking.

I heard a knock on my door while I was star gazing.

"Lets see if it's him." I check through the peep hole and sure enough Murdoc was there waiting for me to open the door.

"Good morning." I smiled at him and walked four the door.

"You seem happier then I thought you would be." He snickered as we walked to the car

"I told you, it's my first time going to the beach." I wanted the sand between my toes already!

"Yeah I remember, it's still a pretty long drive from here." He yawned a bit

"How long?" I looked over at him

"Probably like 2 hours." He looked back at me

"That's not much! We go this." I playfully smacked his back and sat down in the car.

"It sure feels like a lot when you're driving." he sighed and gave me a small smile

"Hey, you offered to drive. So don't complain." I pulled out two energy drinks and handed one to him.

"I can tell you'll need it." I smirked and took a sip of my drink.

"Thanks." He rolled his eyes and took a drink

"Alright." He caught his breath and turned on the car

"Let's go." He slammed on the gas and we were off

I feel asleep a little after we had left, I had the best sleep of all my life. I think it was because I knew when I woke up he would be there.

"Way to leave me alone y/n." I woke up to Murdocs voice

"Shit I feel asleep, sorry." I rubbed my eyes and saw a bit of the sun

"It's fine, you look cute when you sleep." He hummed

"Alright enough with the teasing." I rolled my eyes and look out he window

I stated in aw as all the tress started to disappear until it was rare to see a lot of tress.

"Are we close yet?" I turned to look at Murdoc who seem to have a lot of energy.

"Yeah we will probably get there in 15 minutes or so." He looked at me then back at the road

"Great! I cant wait." I jumped a bit in my seat like a little kid

"You can pick the music." He handed me his phone which was connected to the bluetooth (play song on top tell me if you like it!)

We both gave approving nods to the song I picked and another comfortable silence between us started.

The song choice was kind of cheesy but It just felt, right.

"Ah we are here." He pointed to a sign, we were only 5 minutes away.

"Yes!" I smiled I was so ready to be there

"Wont the water be cold?" I asked Murdoc

"Yeah, wait are you planning on getting IN the water?" He looked over at me like I was crazy

"Yes and I am. What about it." I playfully snapped back he laughed and continued to drive.

"Close your eyes."

I closed them and felt the car stop and Murdoc get out. I waited a bit and he opened my door and helped me out.

I wanted to peek but I held back and waited until he let me go.

"Alright, 3..2...1." He took his hand off my eye and my arm.

When I opened my eyes the best view was in front of me.

The sun was rising making the sky look pink and orange. The waves were extremely big and the splashing noises left unreal.

I felt something on my foot something like salt, I looked down and I was on sand! I didn't even notice because of the breath taking view.

I could hear birds chirping in the distance and the slight smell of salt and flowers filled my nose.
