Chapter 50

"We're here," Kuya said as we stopped in front of the airport. I look at him and smile. "Thank you for everything" whispered and held his hand, he looked at me and patted my head. "You'll be fine right?" he said.

I nodded at him before I took a glance outside the van. There's Sienna with all her luggage with her. She was already smiling and waving at me. "Be strong there," Kuya said, making me look at him again. "I will," I said before he went out of the van and brought all my things out of the car.

"Paige," Sienna hugged me as soon as I stepped out of the van. "Are you ready?" She asked while holding my hands, I took a deep breath and smiled at her. "Yes," she chuckled and cheerfully nodded.

"This is everything, I guess," Kuya said beside me as he brought down all my things at the airport cart. "Yes, it is," I said and checked all my bags, it's complete. Kuya put his arms around my shoulder and looked at Sienna. "Does he know?" He asked her.

Sienna's smile suddenly faded and she avoided our stares, "There's no need for him to know haha," She gently said but still avoided our gaze, and tried to urge a fake smile. Kuya nodded and faced me, "Be strong, call me every time you need me," he said and kissed my forehead before he looked at Sienna once again and said. "Take care of her please" he seriously said.

"I will," Sienna said and smiled at him, Kuya took a last kiss on my forehead before he left. "Bye!!!" I said and watched his Van leave. Tears couldn't be controlled and I tear up as I watch my brother leave. He was my armor every time I'm weak and I will never stop leaning on him.

"Chantel will live in Japan, and that's final" Kuya firmly said that making all of us look at him.

Mom and Dad look at him seriously, "But how can Chantel her pregnancy alone?" Dad asked.

"I will be going with her, Tito," Sienna said and held my left hand. I noticed Mom didn't talk; she just stared at me the whole time.

"Are you sure about this Chantel, You can just stay here near us if you don't want inside the house I'll just buy you your own" Dad tries to convince me but my decision is final?

"Stop trying Dad, maybe this is the right time for Chantel to choose for herself at once let her be" Kuya darkly said and looked at me, "I'll fix your papers as soon as possible don't worry," Kuya said, and pat my head.

"If that's what you really want, Then do so," Dad said and leave with Mom. "One last thing," I said that made them stop.

"When I live in Japan, let me cut my connections with you. Give me freedom until I give birth to my baby. I'll live on my own so don't ever go there to check me" I said and looked out the window until they left.

"Stop crying already Paige, your baby is hearing you," Sienna said, Kuya's Van was already gone, and Sienna asked me if we should go inside the airport already and wait for our flight.

"Flight 901, Manila to Japan, please settle your things in gate 3," As we entered the airport, they already called for our flight so we didn't wait for the flight and went straight ahead to gate 2 and went inside the plane already.

"How about your work Sienna?" I ask as we finally settle seating inside the plane. She looked at me and smiled. "I already resigned to Delavine's scent Paige," My eyes widened. "Why?!" I asked and saw a glimpse of pain inside her eyes, but she hid it with her smile. "I don't know but I think it's the right thing to do," she said while chuckling.

I didn't bother asking her anymore because I feel like she doesn't wanna talk about it anymore. I understand and respect her.

Our flight took 4 hours and 13 minutes before we reached Japan Haneda Airport or known as Tokyo International Airport. "Haaa...Home," Sienna whispers as we step out of the airport and the cold breeze of air touches our skin.

Sienna holds my hand and says, "Let's go? A new start awaits," I smile at her and nodded, "Let's go!!!" I said.

5 months later, "Sienna?" I whisper and try to open my eyes, I check the time and it's just 1:35 am but I need something. I want something.

"Hmm, Paige?" Sienna slowly woke up from her bed beside mine and looked at me. "What?" She asked. "I want strawberry chocolate with chili flakes now" I whisper and pout at her. This time she opened her eyes and looked confusedly at me. "You want what?"

"I want strawberry chocolate with chili flakes," I repeated. "Did I hear it right? Do you want strawberry chocolate with it? Chili flakes? Or it's just strawberry chocolate AND chili flakes?" She asked. "No, I want the chili flakes mixed with the strawberry chocolate Sienna," I said.

"Oh my, your cravings are a bit too strange tho," She said and walked out of the room. I followed her outside and watched her make what I want.

First, she melted the strawberry chocolate that we have in stock and put a few chili flakes, "Add more Sienna" I said, "Like this?" She asks and adds more. "More!" I said.

Her eyes widened because she put all the chili flakes because I say it. "Oh my god Chantel hindi ba makakasama ito sa baby?" She asks and she looks so scared. "But, my baby wants it," I said and held my tummy, "Fine, fine, fine," She said and continued doing it, we froze it for a minute and after that, I ate it in the model of the night.

"Thank you, Sienna, I love you," I said while enjoying my spicy strawberry chocolate while Sienna goes back to sleep beside me. "Hmm..welcome," she whispered.

Kinabukasan gumising kami ni Sienna ng 9:00 am para pumunta sa OB ko dito sa Japan this is the day where we'll find out the gender my baby. I just wear a white pregnancy dress and flip-top sandals, tie my hair up and bring my chocolates to my body bag.

"Let's go," Sienna said and grab her car keys as we drive our way to the hospital. "Ohayo gonzaimasu, go kibun wa ikagadesu ka (Good Morning, how are feeling?)" the doctor said and let me lay on the bed for the check-up and ultrasound.

"Junbi wa deki taka (Are you ready?)" The doctor gently asked and put gel on my tummy. "Hai (Yes)" sabay naming sambit ni Sienna kaya sabay din kaming tumawa.

"Wakarimashita, ikimasu," The doctor said and started the ultrasound, "Sore o sansho shite kodasai. Sore wa akachandesu (See that, it's the baby)" she said and pointed at the screen.

"Seibetsu, seibetsu!!" I ask and excitingly ask. The doctor slashes Ob's smile and....."Ona no ko (Girl)"
