Cold Hands follows the BAU and their newest member Dr. Adeline Ripper while they travel around the country assisting local police in catching unsubs. Dr. Adeline Ripper joins the BAU shortly after her FBI graduation and is excited to assist the team and impress with her intellect. Catching criminals and solving each crime like a problem, that's what she's good at.
What she isn't ready for is some skinny agent to look down his nose at her and get stuck up. If a challenge is what she's offered, its what she'll take. Adeline isn't afraid to be both infuriatingly smart and charming while catching a serial killer targeting the BAU, its an endearing trait that wins over everyone on the team except for Dr. Reid. But she doesn't mind, she is the smarter one after all.
For the purpose of this book, I've kind of cherry picked who I want on the BAU and skewed timelines a little. Major plotlines may happen at different times with different characters, but major events such as a characters leaving, death, or relationship will not be altered. I do not own any character other then Dr. Adeline Ripper, Harper Daae, and The Raven.
This book switches from Dr. Adeline's POV to third person, so if you get nauseous easily then this isn't the book for you.
