Chapter 10: True love

"Kion, you ok, bro?"

"yeah, I'm fine, I just... I kind of regret that I killed Kiara."

"I understand Kion, killing a family member isn't easy, but done is done."

"I know, Oscar, but Fuli's right, it was awful of me."

"Kion, killing for joy is awful, but sometimes to do some good you'll have to do something awful, that's how life works." Oscar said. 

"I guess."

Suddenly they heard a familiar female voice.

"Kion!"

"Fuli, what's going on?" Kion asked.

"I'm... ehhh... Let's just say we're kind of in the same boat." Fuli said.

"Wait... Oh, don't tell me..."

"Yes, your dad got to hear about the fact that I knew that you lived very close, and now he wants to kill me." 

"That reminds me, how did you even know that I was living so close?" Kion asked.

"This guy, Oscar, that's your name, right?" She asked.

"That's right." Oscar answered.

"Well, Oscar talked about you with your friends and I happened to hear." Fuli said.

"Oscar, what the fuck?"

"I'm sorry, Kion, the night I said I ran into her I was so worried for you since you was together with Vitani and then Stef saw that I was worried over something and you know that look she gets in her eyes sometimes, the one that says she won't give up? That's the look she gave me." Oscar said, ashamed

"Oscar, I could have been mad at you for this, but you just accidentally reunited me and Fuli, so to be honest, I'm not." Kion smiled.

"Thanks bro, though I gotta go, cya."

"Ok, talk to you soon."

"Then I guess it's just us." Fuli said when Oscar was gone.

"Yeah, so, this is maybe a little early since, you know, we haven't been in touch for several weeks but do you want to be together again? I mean, it's ok if you need more time or if you don't want to."

"No, no, it's ok, we can be together if you want to, I knew it was just a matter of time before you would ask." Fuli smiled.

"You know me too well." Kion smiled crookedly.

"So, as everybody know, The Pridelands have gone through a terrible loss, it was close to being as bad as the disaster Scar caused, and I am so sorry for everyone who lost someone who stood them close, me myself lost my daughter, this is something no one of us want to see again unless it's for a good purpose. And I think we all need to gain some strength now, but revenge comes eventually, and I don't want to kill Kion, yet, instead I wanna see him suffer a bit, Makuu, bring me Fuli and the wolf in the pack that seems to be closest to him, according to Ono it's a black wolf with red eyes, in the mean time, let's prepare for a real torture chamber."
