Lori and Rick Sullivan - met at a caffe in New York when they were young, while Rick was on his second year in college and Lori was on her first and was an art student. The two quickly fell in love and Lori fell pregnant with Liv and Junior, the two stayed together and raised the babies as Rick drops out and enrolls into the police academy, and got a job in his home town, as he climbed the ranks easily, Lori took time off school and got a real estate license and took care of Liv not trusting daycares. Rick's family helped take care of Liv and Junior, and six months later the four of them moved back to New York once Rick got better job offer. When Carl was born, Liv and Junior were four and two months later they moved to Tree Hill when Rick got a better job offer, Tree Hill is hometown to Lori and her siblings. The young couple bought their forever home, and they decorated, Derek took pictures of them in front of the home the day they moved in, they were all smiling except for Carl, he was a baby and sleeping in Lori's arms, and Rick carried Liv and Junior in his arms. Derek took a picture of Rick, Junior, and Liv sticking their tongues out to each other, and they both laughed when Lori scolded them. Rick took his kids for every first day of school, he picked Liv up when she punched another girl and Junior for laughing at his sister action, when Brooke Davis for being mean to another girl Hayley James even if she wasn't friends. Payton became friends instantly with Liv giving her a high five for punching Brooke. Now Lori has an art studio and Rick is the town sheriff deputy.

Liv Sullivan - born Olivia Josephine Sullivan to Lori and Rick Sullivan. Twin sister to Junior Sullivan. Oldest and only daughter and older sister to Carl Sullivan. Liv being only four years older than her brother helped her mother take care of him. She was in awe of her baby brother, and Rick often smiled of laughed when seeing Liv run to check on her baby brother. When they got to Tree Hill, Liv often complained about missing New York when she as younger. It didn't get any better when she began traveling during the summer to her grandmother's place. What usually shut her up was when Rick, Carl, and her took a trip back to Rick's hometown, and she saw her grandfather, step grandmother, and entire dads side of the family. Her favorite person was her uncle Derek, he taught her about motorcycles and taught her how to ride and hunt with a bow and arrow. Her uncle Shane, was also one of her favorites, often looking out for the Sullivan girl, and pulling her out of trouble.  She's been taking ballet classes since she was three years old, it was a private lesson gift from her grandmother, ever since she's never stopped and enjoys it. Liv is part of the leadership class, and part of the cheerleading team. She's part of the step up team during the spring, and enjoys it.

Junior Sullivan- born to Richard Junior Sullivan to Lori and Rick Sullivan. Older Twin brother to Liv Sullivan and older brother to Carl Sullivan. Junior being only four years older than his brother helped his mother take care of him, like Liv. He was unbothered by the new baby. When they got to Tree Hill, Junior liked the quiet, it was peaceful, not like the city, unlike his twin sister. Rick, and the kids took a trip back to Rick's hometown, and they saw their grandfather, step grandmother, and entire dads side of the family. Her favorite person was his uncle Glenn, he played video games with him and the two traded comic books. His uncle Shane, was also one of his favorites, often looking out for the Sullivan boy, and pulling Liv out of trouble, and him too, usually for following Liv's leads. Junior has been playing basketball and baseball since he was a child, his love for baseball was introduced by his grandpa James and his love for basketball was his dad. Junior is part of the leadership class, and part of the school paper, often being the one to take photos for the paper.

Carl Sullivan - born Carl James Sullivan to Lori and Rick Sullivan and older sister Liv Sullivan and older brother, Junior Sullivan was a New York baby, but grew up in a small town called Tree Hill. His favorite people are his dad, Rick and older sister, Liv and older brother Junior. Carl didn't remember much about New York only spending two months there. He loved going with his grandfather Herhsal, aunt Maggie and aunt Beth. One of his favorite people is uncle Derek as well, he taught the three kids about motorcycles. They were surprised when they convinced their father to ride one, and he knew how. Carl took in interest to baseball and basketball, like Junior, and Rick often played with him and Junior. He also taught Liv how to play and she is good, but she sticks to ballet. Carl loves taking picture and he takes pictures of random things and Liv usually posses for him doing silly posses, with one of Juniors old cameras. Or Liv making funny faces to her family members.

Kyle Scott —born Kyle Lawrence Scott, to Karen Roe in the small town Tree Hill. Older twin brother to Lucas Eugene Scott. Love reading like Luke, and photography, he isn't the best but he throughly enjoys it. He didn't know life outside Tree Hill and he didn't mind it for now. He wasn't sure what his plans were but he didn't want to stay in his small town forever. His best friend Javi Quintanilla makes this small town more bearable. In his spare time you can find him taking photos or reading to keep up with his twin brother or working at his mothers cafe or most likely playing basket ball down at the River court. He maintains good grades enough to make him not seem boring for when he's applying to colleges.
