as soon as we arrived the venue, i exited the van excitedly. my jaw dropped seeing how huge the venue was. coachella is a huge music festival in america. performing at coachella is a huge deal.

"god, this is so exciting. i can't even feel my teeth. everything is tickling me. i am so nervous even though now is just a rehearsal", i said to the camera after i exit the van.

i could hear songs were played on the speaker at the stage. maybe someone is rehearsing right now. but the song sounds familiar. is it blackpink? i get to know that blackpink is coming to coachella too but i don't know if they are performing the same day as me.

i gasped when i notice the song. it was blackpink's song and they were singing on stage.

"is blackpink here? are they going to perform tonight too?" i asked manager lee.

"i'm not sure. but when artist will rehearse their performance the day they will perform. so, maybe they are performing this evening", manager lee replied as we walked to the backstage.

"woah, i hope i could meet them. we didn't meet for a long time already", i said as we walked.

we walked up the stairs and to the backstage. some staff from my team were already there. they got here earlier to sort out things that they need to sort. they need to tell the stage manager how my stage arrangement will be. for coachella, i will use live band.

"we don't have much time. so, we will skip a few songs. are you okay with that?" my stage manager asked me. i nodded.

honestly, it's better to rehearse all songs at the place where i'm going to perform but if they say we don't have time, i can't do anything about it. i need to think about other artists who need to rehearse too.

"alright. after blackpink, your turn to rehearse", my stage manager said.

"nae", i nodded. so, blackpink's really here.

i was given my microphone and earpiece and my monitor. yoona-eunnie helped me to wear my monitor. she hooks the monitor on my pants.

while blackpink was doing their rehearsal, i talked to the camera.

"i'm backstage right now. waiting for my turn to rehearse. it's blackpink right now. we're the only korean artist who come to coachella. hopefully, next time, more korean artist will be able to perform at coachella. not only us. this is a huge opportunity for me", i said to the camera and grinned.

"i'm gonna perform some songs. it's going to be remixed. the producers worked hard for the remix songs. it has a rock and edm vibe. so, hopefully all music lover who come tonight will love this remix", i said and chuckled.

"this is one of the biggest music festivals in the world and i am one of the representatives from south korea for korean pop. this doesn't feel real though. i was shocked when i know that i'm going to coachella. i couldn't believe it. you mean like coachella? the huge music festival? it's fucking crazy", i chuckled and shook my head.
